Commanders are allowing 4.5 yards per rush and giving up big play in the passing game with 11 yards per completion and 7 yards per pass attempt. The Bears sit fifth in the NFL in rushing offense with 4.7 yards a carry. The Bears need a win and if that means that Justin Fields runs at high volume, he will do it. Washington lacks an efficient passing attack with 8.6 yards per completion and 5.8 yards per attempt. A short week for first year starter Sam Howell and they caught the Bears after an emotional loss to divisional rival Philadelphia the week prior. Commanders allow six sacks per game, which is the worst in the league. Washington is 27th in the NFL in third down conversions. Commander’s wins have been by four to Arizona and by two at Denver.
