Night Moves MLB and WNBA Betting Picks for July 20, 2026

Monday’s Night Moves card combines a full Major League Baseball schedule with four WNBA matchups offering several legitimate opportunities in totals, first-five markets, underdog money lines and run-line prices.

Ramon Scott’s official selections lean heavily toward starting-pitching matchups and situational totals. The Night Moves chat was more aggressive with underdogs, particularly the Pirates, Orioles, White Sox, Reds and Nationals.

The strongest areas of agreement appeared in Washington at Colorado, Arizona against the Athletics, the Padres-Braves first-five over and Seattle taking first-half points against Minnesota.

Night Moves Consensus Report

Strongest Consensus Picks

Washington Nationals Money Line

Ramon Scott, Ron Hahn, Anthony Mays, Cal Dog and other chat participants supported Washington against Kyle Freeland. The Nationals also received first-five backing from Kendrick and Anthony.

Arizona Diamondbacks Run Line

Ramon selected Arizona minus 1.5 runs, while Tommy Hopp backed the Diamondbacks on the money line. The Athletics entered the matchup having lost 11 of their previous 12 games and eight consecutive road games.

San Diego Padres–Atlanta Braves First Five Over

Ramon selected the first-five over because J.P. Sears and Bryce Elder entered with vulnerable recent form. Kendrick also identified the full game as an attractive over position.

Seattle Storm First Half +5.5

Ramon and the chat agreed that Minnesota’s inflated point spreads had become difficult to justify. Seattle’s recent against-the-spread performance created support for the home underdog.

Las Vegas Aces–Toronto Tempo Over

Ramon selected the full-game over, and Kendrick supported a combination of Toronto plus the points and the over. Both teams entered after allowing more than 100 points in their previous games.

Notable Disagreements

Ramon backed Milwaukee on the run line behind Jake Mizorowski, while several chat participants preferred the Mets and former Brewer Freddy Peralta.

Ramon selected the Dodgers as a road underdog, but Ron Hahn supported Philadelphia behind Christopher Sánchez.

Ramon played the Orioles-Red Sox under, while the chat largely preferred Baltimore as the underdog against Boston’s extended winning streak.

MLB Betting Picks and Analysis

Minnesota Twins at Cleveland Guardians

Odds

Minnesota Twins -118

Cleveland Guardians +107

Run Line: Minnesota -1.5 at +141

Total: 7.5

Starting Pitchers

Minnesota: Joe Ryan, 6-5, 2.85 ERA, 1.05 WHIP

Cleveland: Tanner Bibee, 3-9, 3.90 ERA, 1.15 WHIP

Joe Ryan enters as Minnesota’s most dependable starter and carries a strikeout rate approaching 30 percent. That swing-and-miss profile becomes especially valuable against a Cleveland lineup that has recently struggled to make consistent contact.

The Guardians were repeatedly exposed by high-strikeout pitchers before the break and continued to operate as one of the weaker offensive clubs on the card. Bibee’s win-loss record is poor, but his underlying performance has been more competitive than the three victories suggest.

Minnesota has performed well against right-handed pitching, but the Twins must produce on the road against a starter whose batting-average indicators remain respectable. The combination of Ryan’s command, Cleveland’s offensive limitations and Bibee’s ability to keep traffic manageable points toward a lower-scoring divisional game.

Ramon Scott Pick

Under 7.5

Night Moves Chat

Ron Hahn preferred Minnesota because Ryan represents the clear starting-pitching advantage. Cal Dog opposed the official total selection and supported the over.

Consensus Grade: Moderate support for Minnesota, divided opinion on the total.

Los Angeles Dodgers at Philadelphia Phillies

Odds

Los Angeles Dodgers +126

Philadelphia Phillies -139

Run Line: Dodgers +1.5 at -166

Total: 8.5

Starting Pitchers

Los Angeles: Emmet Sheehan, 4-6, 4.80 ERA

Philadelphia: Christopher Sánchez, 11-4, 2.61 ERA

Philadelphia owns the stronger season-long starting-pitcher profile, but Sánchez entered after a difficult three-start stretch in which his ERA rose above 5.70. That recent regression cannot be ignored against a Dodgers lineup capable of changing a game with one trip through the batting order.

Los Angeles played a doubleheader Sunday and used seven relievers in the second game. The positive development was Yoshinobu Yamamoto’s complete-game performance in the opener, which prevented the bullpen from being completely depleted.

The Phillies’ offense had also been underwhelming against right-handed starters, averaging fewer than two runs in that split over a recent seven-game sample. That reduced the appeal of laying a significant price despite Sánchez’s overall excellence.

Getting Los Angeles at plus money creates a valuable underdog opportunity. The Dodgers do not need Sheehan to dominate. They need him to keep the game competitive long enough for their lineup to pressure Sánchez and Philadelphia’s bullpen.

Ramon Scott Pick

Los Angeles Dodgers Money Line +126

Night Moves Chat

Kendrick supported the Dodgers at plus money. Ron Hahn preferred Philadelphia behind Sánchez.

Consensus Grade: Split decision, with value bettors favoring Los Angeles.

Pittsburgh Pirates at New York Yankees

Odds

Pittsburgh Pirates +100

New York Yankees -110

Run Line: Pittsburgh +1.5 at -205

Total: 7.5

Starting Pitchers

Pittsburgh: Braxton Ashcraft, 9-3, 3.49 ERA

New York: Ryan Weathers, 3-7, 4.14 ERA

Pittsburgh has been one of the more productive offensive teams when Ashcraft starts, with 16 of his 19 outings finishing over the posted total. The Pirates have also won 13 of those 19 games, indicating that their lineup has consistently provided support.

Weathers entered with a 5.73 ERA and a .373 opponent batting average across his previous three starts. Those numbers create a dangerous matchup against a Pittsburgh offense carrying improved confidence and power production.

The Yankees’ offense has started to recover from an extended slump, giving the home side a realistic path to contributing to the total. A line of 7.5 provides little margin for either starter to struggle.

Ramon Scott Pick

Over 7.5

Night Moves Chat

Cal Dog supported Pittsburgh. Jermaine also backed the over and questioned why the total had opened so low.

Consensus Grade: Strong agreement on Pittsburgh’s offensive opportunity, with the over receiving the clearest support.

Tampa Bay Rays at Toronto Blue Jays

Odds

Tampa Bay Rays +143

Toronto Blue Jays -158

Run Line: Tampa Bay +1.5 at -159

Total: 7.5

Starting Pitchers

Tampa Bay: Nick Martinez, 8-2, 2.65 ERA

Toronto: Dylan Cease, 2.56 ERA

This is one of the strongest starting-pitching matchups on Monday’s board. Tampa Bay has won 14 of Martinez’s 18 starts, and the right-hander entered after posting a 2.20 ERA across his previous three appearances.

Cease has produced elite swing-and-miss results, including a strikeout rate near 37 percent and an opponent batting average below .200. His occasional walk issues have not outweighed the quality of his finishing pitches.

Toronto’s offensive performance has remained the central concern. The Blue Jays entered having lost nine of 12 home games, while Tampa Bay had scored only 12 runs across its previous five contests.

With both offenses struggling and two high-level starters controlling the early innings, the first-five market is more attractive than trusting either bullpen.

Ramon Scott Pick

First Five Innings Under

Night Moves Chat

Cal Dog supported Tampa Bay at plus money. Kendrick challenged the perception of Cease as an elite starter and believed the Rays could produce against him.

Consensus Grade: Ramon preferred the pitching-driven under, while the chat leaned toward Tampa Bay.

Baltimore Orioles at Boston Red Sox

Odds

Baltimore Orioles +138

Boston Red Sox -152

Run Line: Baltimore +1.5 at -157

Total: 8.5

Starting Pitchers

Baltimore: Shane Baz, 4-9, 4.20 ERA

Boston: Payton Tolle, 5-6, 3.10 ERA

Boston entered riding a 13-game winning streak, its longest extended run in decades. Baltimore arrived with its own seven-game streak, but the Orioles’ surge received considerably less attention from the betting market.

Tolle owns the stronger surface numbers and a 1.07 WHIP, but Boston had won only six of his 15 starts. Baz has been less dependable, although his elevated batting average on balls in play suggests that some of the damage may have been influenced by poor fortune.

The Orioles entered with more season-long runs scored than Boston. That makes it difficult to justify automatically laying the price solely because the Red Sox carry the more publicized winning streak.

Ramon avoided selecting a side and instead relied on the starting pitchers to keep the game below a total of 8.5.

Ramon Scott Pick

Under 8.5

Night Moves Chat

Kendrick, Cal Dog and several chat participants backed Baltimore to end Boston’s streak. Ron Hahn preferred Boston at home behind Tolle.

Consensus Grade: Strong disagreement on the side, with Baltimore receiving more chat support.

San Diego Padres at Atlanta Braves

Odds

San Diego Padres +115

Atlanta Braves -127

Run Line: San Diego +1.5 at -170

Total: 9

Starting Pitchers

San Diego: J.P. Sears, 5.03 ERA

Atlanta: Bryce Elder, 4.12 ERA

San Diego’s 19-run outburst Sunday demonstrated the lineup’s ceiling, but it did not erase the club’s broader inconsistency. The more dependable betting angle comes from the starting pitchers.

Sears has not established stable form during his first several starts with the Padres. Elder has been hit hard by the Mets, Brewers, Giants and Pirates, allowing 19 earned runs over his previous three outings before another short appearance.

Both clubs possess reliable bullpens, which makes the first-five over preferable to the full-game total. The selection isolates the vulnerable starters without depending on late-inning scoring against rested relief units.

Ramon Scott Pick

First Five Innings Over

Night Moves Chat

Kendrick expected the game to go over comfortably. Cal Dog expressed interest in San Diego during the first five innings.

Consensus Grade: Strong agreement on early scoring.

New York Mets at Milwaukee Brewers

Odds

New York Mets +186

Milwaukee Brewers -207

Run Line: Milwaukee -1.5 at -110

Total: 7.5

Starting Pitchers

New York: Freddy Peralta

Milwaukee: Jake Mizorowski, 10-4, 1.62 ERA, 0.75 WHIP

Mizorowski has developed into one of the most dominant starters in baseball. He entered with an opponent batting average near .150 and a strikeout rate approaching 40 percent.

Milwaukee had won 11 of his 18 starts and entered Monday having taken 12 of its previous 18 games. The Brewers had also controlled the recent series history against the Mets, winning 12 of the previous 17 meetings.

Peralta’s familiarity with Milwaukee creates an interesting counterpoint, but New York’s inconsistent offense must solve an overpowering starter before facing a deep Brewers bullpen.

Ramon Scott Pick

Milwaukee Brewers -1.5

Night Moves Chat

Ron Hahn supported Mizorowski. Kendrick and Cal Dog preferred the Mets as a large underdog, arguing that Peralta’s knowledge of Milwaukee could keep the game close.

Consensus Grade: Split, with Ramon backing the dominant favorite and the chat seeking underdog value.

San Francisco Giants at Kansas City Royals

Odds

San Francisco Giants +103

Kansas City Royals -113

Run Line: San Francisco +1.5 at -193

Total: 10.5

Starting Pitchers

San Francisco: Trevor McDonald

Kansas City: Michael Wacha, 3.77 ERA, 1.19 WHIP

This matchup contains limited separation between two teams carrying losing records and vulnerable bullpens. Kansas City entered after winning a series against San Diego, but its relief staff remained near the bottom of the league.

Wacha allowed 10 earned runs across his previous two starts. That recent decline creates risk against a Giants lineup that has been inconsistent but remains capable of producing against right-handed pitching.

The market made Kansas City a small favorite, yet Ramon believed San Francisco held the better starting-pitching position and offered the more attractive price.

Ramon Scott Pick

San Francisco Giants Money Line +103

Night Moves Chat

Kendrick preferred Kansas City with Wacha and also mentioned the under. Ron Hahn elected to avoid the matchup.

Consensus Grade: Low-confidence disagreement.

Chicago White Sox at Texas Rangers

Odds

Chicago White Sox +141

Texas Rangers -156

Run Line: Chicago +1.5 at -163

Total: 7.5

Starting Pitchers

Chicago: Erick Fedde, 4.15 ERA

Texas: Jacob deGrom, 3.49 ERA

Texas owns the more recognizable starter, but the market price may be overstating the current gap. DeGrom entered with seven or more strikeouts in four consecutive starts, yet the Rangers had won only 11 of his 18 appearances.

Fedde is not overpowering, but he has repeatedly provided the White Sox with competitive innings. Chicago also entered after winning two of three games in Toronto and was playing better than its public reputation suggested.

Texas possesses the stronger overall roster, but Chicago’s recent form and the plus-money price create a viable underdog position. Ramon elected to challenge deGrom rather than lay a premium with a Rangers offense that has not always converted his quality starts into victories.

Ramon Scott Pick

Chicago White Sox Money Line +141

Night Moves Chat

Anthony Mays, Ron Hahn and Cal Dog supported Chicago. Cal Dog also liked the full-game over.

Consensus Grade: Strong agreement on the White Sox as the underdog.

Detroit Tigers at Chicago Cubs

Odds

Detroit Tigers -102

Chicago Cubs -108

Run Line: Detroit +1.5 at -192

Total: 11.5

Starting Pitchers

Detroit: Jack Flaherty, 4.48 ERA

Chicago: Jameson Taillon, 5.19 ERA

Wrigley Field conditions drove the total to 11.5, with temperatures in the 80s and wind projected toward center field. Both starters carry volatility, but Flaherty entered after allowing only two earned runs over his previous three starts.

Taillon’s ERA is poor, although his lower batting average on balls in play suggests his underlying profile may be somewhat better than the headline number. He was also returning from an injury interruption.

Rather than chase an inflated full-game total, Ramon preferred Chicago during the first five innings with a half-run of protection. The wager provides support against the possibility that Flaherty’s road inconsistency returns while limiting exposure to the Cubs bullpen.

Ramon Scott Pick

Chicago Cubs First Five +0.5

Night Moves Chat

Ron Hahn and Kendrick supported the over because of the pitching matchup and wind conditions. Cal Dog preferred Detroit.

Consensus Grade: Divided, with the chat favoring the weather-driven over.

Miami Marlins at Houston Astros

Odds

Miami Marlins +108

Houston Astros -119

Run Line: Miami +1.5 at -188

Total: 9

Starting Pitchers

Miami: Janson Junk

Houston: Ronel Blanco

Both offenses entered in poor form. Houston had scored only two runs across its previous three games, while Miami had produced more than two runs only once in its previous six contests.

Blanco was expected to make his first major-league start of the season after allowing two earned runs in 17 rehabilitation innings. Junk is not a dominant pitcher, but he held opponents to two earned runs in each of his previous two starts.

A total of nine requires a meaningful offensive recovery from at least one lineup. Recent production does not support that expectation, making the under the most logical position.

Ramon Scott Pick

Under 9

Night Moves Chat

Ron Hahn agreed with the under. Kendrick and Cal Dog expected the offenses to recover and supported the over or Miami.

Consensus Grade: Moderate support for the under, with vocal opposition from the chat.

Washington Nationals at Colorado Rockies

Odds

Washington Nationals -118

Colorado Rockies +107

Run Line: Washington -1.5 at +120

Total: 11.5

Starting Pitchers

Washington: Andrew Alvarez, 2-3, 4.04 ERA

Colorado: Kyle Freeland, 2-8, 7.36 ERA

Washington entered with a 30-19 road record and a 20-12 mark against left-handed starters. Those splits are especially attractive against Freeland, who carried an ERA above 7.00 and an opponent batting average above .300.

The Nationals’ lineup also moved from the difficult hitting environment in West Sacramento to Coors Field. That creates one of the clearest positive offensive transitions on Monday’s board.

Colorado had lost a home series to Cincinnati and remained one of baseball’s weakest overall teams. Washington does not require an elite performance from Alvarez to justify a modest money-line price.

Ramon Scott Pick

Washington Nationals Money Line -118

Night Moves Chat

Ron Hahn, Anthony Mays, Cal Dog and Kendrick backed Washington. Kendrick and Anthony also preferred the Nationals in the first five innings.

Consensus Grade: One of the strongest consensus plays of the show.

Cincinnati Reds at Seattle Mariners

Odds

Cincinnati Reds +125

Seattle Mariners -138

Run Line: Cincinnati +1.5 at -175

Total: 7.5

Starting Pitchers

Cincinnati: Andrew Abbott, 5-5, 4.11 ERA

Seattle: George Kirby

Kirby provides length and frequently works six or more innings, but Seattle’s limited offense makes it difficult to lay a significant price. The Mariners had scored 10 runs across their previous two games, yet their season-long production remained below average.

Cincinnati entered after winning a series in Colorado and scoring 16 runs across three games. Abbott’s overall numbers are not dominant, but they are competitive enough to keep the Reds within reach of a Seattle lineup that often fails to provide margin.

The plus-money price was the deciding factor. Ramon considered Kirby dependable but not dominant enough to justify the full market premium.

Ramon Scott Pick

Cincinnati Reds Money Line +125

Night Moves Chat

Cal Dog, Kendrick and Anthony Mays supported Cincinnati. Ron Hahn leaned toward Seattle.

Consensus Grade: Strong support for Cincinnati at plus money.

Oakland Athletics at Arizona Diamondbacks

Odds

Oakland Athletics +130

Arizona Diamondbacks -143

Run Line: Arizona -1.5 at +137

Total: 9

Starting Pitchers

Oakland: Jeffrey Springs, 3-9, 6.08 ERA

Arizona: Mitch Bratt

Oakland entered having lost 11 of 12 games and eight consecutive road contests. Springs had struggled throughout the season, and the Athletics had won only seven of his 19 starts.

Arizona entered on the opposite trajectory, winning six of seven games. Bratt’s control remains a concern, but the Diamondbacks had won each of his first two starts.

Rather than lay the money-line price, Ramon used the run line to secure plus money. Oakland’s poor starting pitching and extended road slump provide Arizona with a realistic path to a multi-run victory.

Ramon Scott Pick

Arizona Diamondbacks -1.5 at +137

Night Moves Chat

Tommy Hopp supported Arizona on the money line. Anthony Mays also backed the Diamondbacks, while Cal Dog preferred an adjusted over.

Consensus Grade: Strong agreement on Arizona.

St. Louis Cardinals at Los Angeles Angels

Odds

St. Louis Cardinals -102

Los Angeles Angels -108

Run Line: St. Louis +1.5 at -202

Total: 9

Starting Pitchers

St. Louis: Kyle Leahy, 7-4, 3.72 ERA

Los Angeles: José Soriano, 8-6, 3.48 ERA

Leahy entered after allowing only one earned run across his previous four starts. He also faces an Angels lineup that scored three runs or fewer in five consecutive games and continued to strike out at an elevated rate.

Soriano’s control remains a concern, but his opponent batting average was near .220. St. Louis has not performed especially well against right-handed pitching, creating another reason to isolate the early innings.

The starting-pitcher matchup is more attractive than either bullpen. Ramon therefore targeted the first-five under rather than the full-game total.

Ramon Scott Pick

First Five Innings Under

Night Moves Chat

Kendrick also leaned under. Anthony Mays considered St. Louis a possible upset play despite the Cardinals being close to a pick’em price.

Consensus Grade: Moderate agreement on a lower-scoring start.

WNBA Betting Picks and Analysis

Las Vegas Aces at Toronto Tempo

Odds

Las Vegas Aces -11.5 at -105

Toronto Tempo +11.5 at -115

Money Line: Las Vegas -600, Toronto +440

Total: 181.5

Las Vegas entered after surrendering 109 points to Indiana. Toronto had allowed 111 points in its previous game and had produced overs in 10 of its previous 14 contests.

Toronto was 14-4 to the over as an underdog, a revealing split for a team whose defensive limitations often force games above inflated totals. The Aces possess the offensive efficiency to exploit Toronto, while the Tempo should receive additional scoring opportunities if Las Vegas pushes the pace.

The spread presents less certainty because Toronto has struggled to cover while Las Vegas has also failed to reward bettors consistently. The total provides the cleaner route.

Ramon Scott Pick

Over 181.5

Night Moves Chat

Anthony Mays backed Las Vegas in the first quarter and full game. Kendrick and Cal Dog preferred Toronto plus the points, with Kendrick also supporting the over.

Consensus Grade: Strong agreement on the over, divided opinion on the spread.

New York Liberty at Dallas Wings

Odds

New York Liberty -3.5

Dallas Wings +3.5

Total: Approximately 174.5

This rescheduled game created an unusual travel spot for New York. The Liberty’s original trip to Dallas was disrupted by a lengthy flight delay, forcing the game to be moved and extending New York’s road schedule.

Dallas entered after winning six consecutive games, although the Wings were also playing on consecutive nights. New York had struggled against the spread away from home and as a favorite.

The Liberty had produced overs regularly on the road, but Dallas entered with a strong home-under profile. Recent meetings between the teams also leaned below the posted total.

Ramon Scott Pick

Under 174.5

Night Moves Chat

Kendrick preferred the Liberty on the money line. Anthony Mays supported Dallas in the first quarter. Cal Dog opposed the official selection and expected the game to go over.

Consensus Grade: Divided.

Washington Mystics at Golden State Valkyries

Odds

Washington Mystics +8.5 at -102

Golden State Valkyries -8.5 at -118

Money Line: Washington +285, Golden State -360

Total: 145.5

Golden State entered with nine consecutive victories and an 8-1 record against the spread during that run. The Valkyries had also produced five consecutive unders and nine unders in their previous 10 games.

Washington had gone under in five of six games and eight of 10. The teams had just played a game that finished with 143 points, and Golden State previously held Washington to 49 points in an earlier meeting.

The full-game total is already low, but the first-half market allows bettors to target the slow tempo and defensive familiarity before late-game fouling can affect the result.

Ramon Scott Pick

First Half Under

Night Moves Chat

Cal Dog and Neymar supported Golden State against the spread. Kendrick agreed with the under.

Consensus Grade: Strong agreement on Golden State and the lower-scoring environment.

Minnesota Lynx at Seattle Storm

Odds

Minnesota Lynx -9.5 at -110

Seattle Storm +9.5 at -110

Money Line: Minnesota -485, Seattle +370

Total: 173.5

Minnesota entered on a five-game winning streak but had covered only one of its previous seven point spreads. The Lynx continued to win while being priced beyond their recent margins.

Seattle had lost six of seven games outright but covered four of its previous five. The Storm were also 8-4 against the spread at home and 14-10 when receiving points.

The first-half line offers Seattle more than five points without requiring the underdog to withstand Minnesota’s late-game execution for a full 40 minutes.

Ramon Scott Pick

Seattle Storm First Half +5.5

Night Moves Chat

DeAndre Stevenson and Kendrick agreed with taking Seattle plus the points. Tommy Hopp preferred Minnesota after adjusting the spread.

Consensus Grade: Strong support for Seattle in the first half.

Ron Hahn completed a perfect 4-0 card, while Chris Adkins went 3-0 and Justin McElvy finished 2-0.

Tom Reighard posted a 6-2 record on Sunday and remained one of the hottest handicappers on the platform.

David Racey produced an 8-5 card. Solomon Lone finished 4-1, while DeAndre Stevenson, Jorge Gonzalez and the Tony’s Picks VIP account each completed perfect 1-0 results.

Hollywood Sam, Kevin Thomas and Tony Tellez each finished 2-1. Scott “Doubles” Shudy closed the day at 4-3.

Last Seven Days

Tom Reighard continued to operate near a 65 percent winning rate while producing approximately 11.5 units of profit.

Ron Crawford generated more than five units during the seven-day period.

Justin McElvy posted a 7-2 record, Ron Hahn stood at 9-4 and Millz Young delivered a 12-3 week.

Last 30 Days

Justin McElvy led the extended leaderboard with more than 24 units of profit.

David Racey followed with approximately 22.5 units, while Chris Adkins produced nearly 14 units during the same period.

Yesterday’s Night Moves Betting Recap

Night Moves produced several notable winners during Sunday’s card.

Miami and Milwaukee stayed under the game total as the Brewers earned a 3-1 victory.

Cincinnati and Colorado cleared the total in a 9-6 Reds win.

The Chicago White Sox delivered a 3-0 victory as an official Night Moves selection.

Boston extended its winning streak to 13 games, its longest run since 1948, with a late two-run home run helping the Red Sox secure another victory.

Baltimore defeated Houston 5-2, Atlanta beat Texas 8-5 and Pittsburgh produced a convincing 7-1 win.

The Padres–Royals first-five over cashed comfortably before San Diego exploded for 19 runs. The Padres also covered Ramon Scott’s premium run-line selection.

Washington defeated the Athletics 5-2, and the Dodgers–Yankees second game stayed under the total as New York won 2-1.

The World Cup final also produced winning 90-minute positions on Argentina +0.5 and the under. The game remained scoreless through regulation before Spain scored during extra time to secure the championship.

Spain controlled 65 percent of possession and outshot Argentina 20-1. Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez recorded 12 saves, but Argentina failed to register enough attacking pressure to overcome Spain’s tournament-leading defense.

Spain finished the World Cup having allowed only one goal in eight matches, while goalkeeper Unai Simón recorded a tournament-record seventh clean sheet.

Final Betting Outlook

Monday’s card presents a mixture of low-total pitching matchups and attractive underdog prices.

Washington stands out as the strongest side consensus because of its road performance, success against left-handed pitching and matchup with Kyle Freeland.

Arizona offers the clearest run-line opportunity against an Athletics club in an extended road slump.

The Padres-Braves first-five over directly attacks two vulnerable starters, while the Aces-Tempo over receives support from recent defensive results and Toronto’s consistent over profile as an underdog.

Bettors seeking plus-money positions have several options, including the Dodgers, White Sox, Reds and Giants. Those wagers carry more volatility, but each challenges a favorite whose offensive support or starting-pitcher form may not justify the market price.
