Chris’ Home Run Hit List: 6 MLB Homer Picks for Sunday, June 14, 2026

Chris is back with his Sunday Home Run Hit List, and after cashing seven long balls on Saturday he has locked in six more swings for the June 14, 2026 MLB slate. Below is the full free rundown straight from his video — six hitters Chris wants going deep across the early afternoon card, plus a sleeper to close it out. As always, Chris stresses these are best played as straight bets rather than parlayed together, since every one of these home run props pays plus money on its own.

All six picks come directly from Chris’ free video. Remember to shop the board for the best number, check the latest confirmed lineups before first pitch, and tail responsibly. Here is the hit list.

James Wood — Nationals vs. Mariners

First up is the early game with the Mariners visiting the Nationals at 1:35 ET, 91 degrees with the wind blowing out around 12 mph — ideal conditions for a ball to carry. Chris wants James Wood for Washington against Seattle right-hander Emerson Hancock, who has surrendered six home runs to left-handed bats. Wood already owns 14 homers off right-handed pitching this season, and seven of them have come on four-seam fastballs, a pitch Hancock leans on roughly 44% of the time.

Pete Alonso — Early Afternoon Power Spot

Staying in the 1:35 ET window for the Padres and Orioles in Baltimore, 92 degrees and the wind again pushing out about 12 mph, Chris circles back to Pete Alonso to go yard. Alonso has feasted on right-handed pitching all year — a dozen homers off righties, including eight on four-seamers. He has also had previous success in this batter-pitcher history, and with the wind helping, Chris likes the slugger to add another to his total in the early slate.

Matt Olson — Braves at Mets

Next is the Braves at the Mets at 1:40 ET, 85 degrees and a healthy 16 mph wind blowing out. Chris is on Atlanta’s Matt Olson, who carries 12 home runs off right-handed pitching and six off four-seam fastballs. The Mets’ right-hander on the mound has been homer-prone against left-handed hitters — nine allowed to lefties — and works off a four-seamer better than half the time, exactly the profile Olson punishes.

Kerry Carpenter — Tigers at Guardians

Over in Cleveland, the Tigers face the Guardians at 1:40 ET, 76 degrees with the wind blowing left to right at 13 mph. Chris likes Kerry Carpenter for Detroit against Guardians righty Gavin Williams, who has given up nine home runs to left-handed batters. Carpenter has nine homers off right-handed pitching and three off the four-seam fastball, a pitch Williams throws around 29% of the time. Carpenter’s left-handed power plays well in this spot.

Alec Burleson — Cardinals at Twins

The Cardinals and Twins get going at 2:10 ET in Minnesota, 69 degrees with the wind blowing out at 16 mph. Chris turns to Alec Burleson for St. Louis. The Twins’ right-handed starter has allowed six home runs to left-handed hitters this season, and Burleson brings 11 homers off righties with five coming on four-seam fastballs. With the wind helping and Burleson swinging a hot bat, Chris sees real home run upside here.

Sleeper: Braden Montgomery — White Sox vs. Dodgers

Chris closes with his sleeper of the day from the Dodgers and White Sox game at 2:10 ET, 71 degrees and the wind out at 16 mph. He is taking White Sox youngster Braden Montgomery against Los Angeles right-hander Emmet Sheehan, who has already allowed 11 home runs this season and mixes in a changeup about 24% of the time. Montgomery has a home run off right-handed pitching and one off the changeup specifically, making him a live longshot to go deep.

The Full June 14 Hit List

To recap Chris’ June 14 Home Run Hit List: James Wood, Pete Alonso, Matt Olson, Kerry Carpenter, Alec Burleson, and Braden Montgomery, all backed to leave the yard. Chris will be updating his picks in the video comments as they hit and adding any extra plays from games he did not have data for at recording time. Keep your notifications on and double-check lineups before locking anything in.
