Chicago Bears do decline once again
The Chicago Bears are not one of the favorites this time to top the NFC North. The Bears are the only team that has never thrown for more than 4000-plus yards. Justin Fields seems to be struggling to make ends meet and the chances of winning for the Bears are rather slim.
Based on the favorite predictions, the Bears are predicted to finish third in the NFC North just like their last season. The Chicago Bears will not have an easy season with the Vikings and the Bears playing better football.
What happens to Detroit Lions?
The odds for the Detroit Lions are pretty slim and they will not make it to the playoffs as per the latest prediction. The Lions recorded one of their worst seasons last year after will only three of their 16 games in total.
Detroit finish three games behind the Chicago Bears and they were unable to do much with poor offensive and defensive gameplay.
One of the biggest disadvantages for the Lions was dealing with injuries. D’Andre Swift was unable to play four games and TJ Hockenson missed five games in total.
The Lions will try to build on their performance from last season but the odds are still against them. The Lions are still predicted to finish at the bottom of the table with tough competition ahead.
Detroit was unable to do much and making it to the playoffs is still a long shot. The NFC North Predictions are all set for the Green Bay Packers to win and clinch the division title.
