It’s the most wins in ROW (Regulation and Overtime Wins), which handily owns by the Carnes (50-to-47).Thus, Carolina handily controls its own destiny and win-out and be division champions.
The division winner will be the No. 2 seed in the conference — but does either team really want to be the titlist?
The loser goes into the Metro Division 2/3 game, owning home-ice with, apparently, Pittsburgh — but it’s not that cut-and-dry.
Washington could surpass the Penguins to instead reach the 2/3 game, dropping the Penguins into the wild card, which no team wants because it could land them a date (and anticipated early exit) with Florida.
SO the Metro winner plays a hot team in Washington or Boston, or the division teams plays a luke-warm Pittsburgh club — or visa-versa if you’re a lower-echelon club.
The playoff should be fun!
Prediction: Yes, Carolina, which has been playing well during this pressure-packed period. But not on the Puck Line. It’s the HURRICANES as part of around-robin parlays with other heavy favorites.
Edmonton at Columbus NHL Pick Prediction 4/24/2022

In the worst-case scenario, they will take one point to control their desire, theu taking a 60-Minute Draw at +300 is the way to go.
Plus, the Flyers would be willing to cooperate to do anything to get points and avoid finishing in the cellar; their 5-point lead over New Jersey is gone and the Devils enter the final week with a 4-point advantage.
Prediction: At +300, going into OVERTIME sounds strong, just like it did Saturday with Florida, Toronto and Carolina-New Jersey — I love winning at +300!! As for the side, if Steel City the game, it’s theirs, but it;s the PENGUINS in a round-robin parlay of faves.
Boston at Montreal NHL Pick Prediction 4/24/2022

Colorado at Winnipeg NHL Pick Prediction 4/24/2022

Tampa Bay at Florida NHL Pick Prediction 4/24/2022
Overview: For Florida, this would actually put the icing on the cake as President’s Trophy winners, doing it against their cross-state rivals. This sounds sa-weet!
The Lightning attitude is subpar after falling behind five points to Toronto for home ice the first round, but if they fall in this rivalry game, suddenly Boston could move to within one point of the Bolts and send the champions into the wild cards.
Prediction: Two clubs still with motivation, but which is more desperate? Extra points in this situation is always a plus, so the 60-Minute Tie at +285 is solid here, but since they are rivals, maybe for only a half-unit. The sides can be left alone , but it could be a playoff preview, because if Tampa falls, they might meet Florida in the first round.

Plus, the Predators lead the season series, 3-0, because they play more physical by just enough to keep the Wild off-balance without taking too many penalties — besides, Wild special teams have been weak the last three weeks.
Predictions: It’s only a slight edge, but 5-on-5, 5-on-4 and 4-on-5, the advantage belongs to the slight underdogs, the,,, PREDATORS.,
