Kent vs. Bowling Green Pick Prediction 11/10/2020
Kent St at Bowling Green—College football pick is Kent St -20.5. Tough to back Bowling Green as the team was very bad offensively last season putting up only 13.3 points per game. Defensively the Falcons surrendered 42 points and 503 yards per game. In their opener Bowling Green was blown out by a Toledo 38-3 giving up 524 yards. Only 267 offensive yards for Bowling Green. Kent an experienced offensive team that defeated Eastern Michigan 27-23 behind 431 yards and it was balanced. Kent St has a senior quarterback in Dustin Crum who has led the team to five straight wins leading back to last year. One of those wins late last season came against Buffalo. Golden Flashed did hold Eastern Michigan to just 302 yards. Play Kent St -20.5.
Akron vs. Ohio Pick Prediction 11/10/2020
Akron at Ohio—College football free pick is Ohio Bobcats -26.5. Akron remains unbackable. They were an 0-12 team last year failing to cover 11 of those games. Their offense generated only 10.5 points and 243 yards per game in 2019. Defense was bad as well. In their opener the Zips were blown out by Western Michigan 58-13 gaining only 256 yards while surrendering 484 yards to the Broncos. Ohio looks to rebound from their 30-27 road defeat to a Jim McElwain coached Central Michigan team on the road. No shame there because the Chippewas were an eight win and bowl team last year. Bobcats are experienced on defense. They will be able to run on a Zips defense that allowed 5.6 yards per rush last week. Bobcats crushed Akron last year 52-3. Play Ohio -26.5.
Miami Ohio vs. Buffalo Pick Prediction 11/10/2020
Miami Ohio at Buffalo—Free pick is Miami Ohio Redhawks +11. Miami Ohio one of the most experienced teams in the MAC returning seventeen starters from last year with ten on the offensive side of the football. Quarterback Brett Gabbert returns as do his playmakers. Gabbert banged up last week but the team got great production from backup AL Mayer in relief going 16 of 24 for 212 yards with three touchdowns and no picks. They got a good result in their opener beating Ball St 38-31 behind 422 yards of offense. Buffalo is one of the favorites to win the MAC. They did give up 30 points in a win last week to a down Northern Illinois program giving up 397 yards. Redhawks have the ability to keep it under eleven. Play Miami Ohio +11.
South Alabama vs. Louisiana Pick Prediction 11/14/2020
South Alabama at Louisiana—College football pick is South Alabama and Louisiana to play under the total of 55 points. Do not trust the South Alabama offense to generate enough points to cover here but like the under. Jaguars have played to under in six of seven games behind a weak offense in conference and a defense allowing only 20 points per game against the Sun Belt. Louisiana offense has not been able to get in 2019 form. Ragin Cajuns were held to 27 points last week against Arkansas St at home. They have gone under in four of their past five as the team been held to 27 points or fewer in all four of those under games. Only exception was against a bad defensive team in Texas St. Jaguars held Coastal Carolina to only 23 points last week. Trust their defense again here. Play South Alabama and Louisiana under 55.
Fresno St vs. Utah St Pick Prediction 11/14/2020
Fresno St at Utah St—College football free pick is Fresno St Bulldogs -11. Utah St has lost and failed to cover all three of their games. They just fired their head coach after losses by 31 point twice and last week by 25. This was all against the Mountain West. Aggies offense generating only 209 yards while giving up 520 a game. This is an inexperienced defensive team and had to replace a NFL quarterback in Jordan Love plus his All Mountain West corps of receivers. Fresno St has shown ability moving the football. They put up over 400 yards in each of their three games. Production coming from Fresno St quarterback Jake Haener who is completing 63% of his passes for 293 yards per game. In their win to UNLV last week the Bulldogs rushed for 243 yards for 6.8 yards per carry. Aggies are allowing six yards per rush on defense this season. Play Fresno St -11.

Georgia St at Appalachian St—Free pick is Appalachian St Mountaineers -16. Tough to back Georgia St based on the play of their defense. Panthers are surrender 42.4 points and 506 yards per game against the Sun Belt conference. Appalachian St a good defensive team holding conference foes to 336 yards and 15.7 points per game. They have allowed 17 or fewer points in four straight against the Sun Belt. Mountaineers good balance with their pass and run game. They are rushing for 6 yards per carry behind their good offensive line. App St has pounded the Panthers in recent meetings by 29 last year, 28 in 2018 and 21 in 2017. Play Appalachian St -16.
UL Monroe vs. Arkansas St Pick Prediction 11/14/2020
UL Monroe at Arkansas St—College football pick is UL Monroe Warhawks +20. Not comfortable laying almost three touchdowns with a Red Wolves team surrendering 514 yards and 43 points per game against the Sun Belt. Team has now lost three straight. UL Monroe has covered two straight and showed ability to score and move the football on Georgia St last week. Red Wolves offense held to 20 points last week to Louisiana and 10 to Troy two weeks ago. Quarterback Jeremy Hunt inserted last week did throw for 339 yards completing 67% with three touchdowns and no picks for the Warhawks. Play UL Monroe +20.

UTEP at UTSA—College football free pick is UTEP Miners +6. UTEP has covered three straight as the team is showing better ability to move the football and defend. Miners are holding opponents to 326 yards and 25.2 points per game. Teams are only running for 3.6 per attempt. UTSA has dropped four of their past five after a 24-3 loss to FAU. Their win in that span came against a rebuilding Louisiana Tech team by three points. Roadrunners in their past three games is moving the football for only 332 yards and are allowing four sacks per game. In that span Miners have pressured the quarterback well. UTSA quarterback Frank Harris completing only 48% of his throws for 4.7 per attempt. Play UTEP +6.
North Texas vs. UAB Pick Prediction 11/14/2020
North Texas at UAB—Free pick is North Texas and UAB to play over the total of 66.5. North Texas a good offense bad defensive team. They are second in college football as they average 593 yards and 39.2 points per game. Mean Green near the bottom in college football in defense surrendering 549 yards and 44.7 points a game. Blazers just surrendered a season high 37 points to a rebuilding Louisiana Tech team in an overtime defeat. They did pile up 485 yards on the Bulldogs. They moved the ball for 408 yards on UTSA and 509 yards on South Alabama, so the Blazers are capable of a high point total here. Mean Green has played to over in four of five. USF at Houston—College football pick is South Florida and Houston to play over the total of 59 points. USF is going south on defense where they have allowed an average of 39 points per game in their past four games. Recent loss to Memphis the Bulls allowed 535 yards and prior it was 462 yards to Tulsa. Offensively they did generate 33 on Memphis and 37 on Temple in recent games. Houston is showing sides of sliding south on defense as they have faced a challenging schedule against AAC and non-conference opponents. Against the AAC the Cougars are surrendering 433 yards and 33 points per game. This is the worst defensive team the Cougars have faced, and they did put up 49 on Tulane early in the season. Houston rolls up the points and yardage her. But their defense will give up some to the Bulls in what sets up for a shootout type AAC conference game. Play USF and Houston over 59.
