Mike Tomlin announced following the preseason game on Saturday night that his starters will play in the finale. The starting offense has seen 17 snaps thus far in the preseason. Falcons holding their decision close to their vest. There are backup battles in Pittsburgh between Rudolph and Tribisky.
Rookie Tanner Morgan looks to be headed to the practice squad. Backup battle in Atlanta between Taylor Heinicke and Logan Woodside. With the backup job on the line at quarterback for the Falcons would rather take the points here. Play Atlanta +4.5.

Colts at Eagles—Indianapolis is 1-1 in the preseason after their 24-17 home victory to the Chicago Bears. The Colts outscored the Bears 17-7 in the final quarter. Gardner Minshew saw action and he went 13 of 15 for 107 yards and a touchdown.
Sam Ehlinger completed 9 of 14 for 124 yards. He ran for 60 yards on eight carries and a touchdown. Indianapolis defense limited Chicago to 5 of 14 on third down and 4.9 yards per pass attempt. The QB’s for the Colts are Anthony Richardson, Gardner Minshew and Sam Ehlinger.
Philadelphia is 0-1-1 in the preseason after their 18-18 home tie to Cleveland Browns. Marcus Mariota saw work in this game and went 9 of 17 for 86 yards and an interception. Rookie Tanner McKee was 10 of 18 for 147 yards and a touchdown. Eagles offense struggled going 2 of 10 on third down and five yards per pass attempt.
They also allowed six sacks. Defensively they allowed 399 yards to the Browns with 289 passing yards. Jalen Hurts is the starting quarterback for Philadelphia. His backups are Marcus Mariota, Ian Book and Tanner McKee. Anthony Richardson and several of the Colts starters will play in the final preseason game.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has not revealed his plans but those close to the team suggest that Hurts will sit the finale as he has taken part in the joint practices this summer. Richardson was not an accurate passer in college.
Would rather take the points with Mariota and Stanford rookie McKee as the backups. McKee was a good quarterback on a bad Stanford team. Play Philadelphia +4.5.
