The 2009 Tampa Bay Buccaneers were a huge disappointment going just 3-13 during the 2009 regular season. It was the second straight season for the Buccaneers sitting out the NFL playoffs. Tampa Bay under rookie head coach Raheem Morris began the season at 0-7 and 1-14 looking very inept on the field.
