Reds fallen out of contention will be spoilers in September. Reds are 0-5 in Wood’s past five starts. He has given up 13 runs 11 earned in his past 16 13rd innings.
Phillies in NL Wildcard race. After a poor start at Miami he held Pittsburgh to two runs over five innings in victory.

Mets built a huge lead on Washington in the opener of this series. deGrom has allowed two earned runs or fewer in eight of ten starts.
Nationals are in striking distance of Atlanta for NL East. Scherzer makes his third start since behind sidelined. He threw 4 innings at Pittsburgh and 4 1/3rd at home to Baltimore giving up a total of three runs.

3:30PM ET–Texas A&M at Clemson
Clemson -18.5
Last year Clemson wins on the road 28-26 at Texas A&M. Tigers win at cover at home to Georgia Tech 52-14 outgaining the Yellow Jackets by 338 yards.
Texas A&M blew out Texas St at home 41-17 covering as a -33.5 favorite. This is a team that closed out their season last year with a home win to LSU and blowout win in their bowl game to NC State. Return Kevin Mond at quarterback.
