Mitch from Sports Chat Place guests on the Tonys Picks TV Show and offers his picks, predictions, previews and odds from all of the top games from college football in Week 9 of the 2016 season.

Thursday October 27th—
7PM ET–Virginia Tech at Pittsburgh (ESPN)
Virginia Tech -4 ½ points with O/U 57 points
Both teams are 5-2. The Hokies have won four of five after a 37-16 home victory to Miami last Thursday night.
Pittsburgh comes off the bye week. The Panthers have won three straight with the 45-31 road victory at Virginia.
10:30PM ET—Cal at USC (ESPN)
USC -16 ½ points with O/U 75 ½ points
USC has seemed to cure their quarterback problems. They come off the bye with three straight wins
Cal has the second best passing attack in college football but 124th in scoring defense allowing 41 points per game. They get past Oregon last week 52-49 in double overtime.
Friday October 28th—
7PM ET—Navy at South Florida (ESPN2)
South Florida -8 points with O/U 63 points
Navy is 5-1 on the campaign. They have back to back victories at home to Houston and Memphis scoring an average of 44 points per game.
South Florida had their three game win streak snapped in a 46-30 road defeat at Temple. The team is 103rd in total defense by allowing 448 yards per game. They are playing their ninth game in nine weeks.
Saturday October 29th—
12PM ET—Michigan at Michigan St (ESPN)
Michigan -23 ½ points with O/U 54 points
Michigan is number one in total, scoring and passing defense in the nation. They have back to back blowout victories at Rutgers and home to Illinois.
Michigan St a major disappointment at 2-5. They are 106th in scoring and 80th in scoring defense. They have lost five straight losing 28-17 last week a t Maryland.
3:30PM ET—Washington at Utah (FOX Sports 1)
Washington -10 with O/U 52 ½ points
Undefeated Washington is fourth in scoring and sixth in scoring defense. They come off the 41-17 home victory to Oregon St.
Utah has won three straight after winning at UCLA 52-45 to move to 7-1. They are playing their ninth game in nine weeks.
3:30PM ET—Baylor at Texas (ABC)
Baylor -3 with O/U 69 points
Baylor is 6-0 and coming off their bye week. The team is putting up 43 points a game and allowing only 17 per contest. The Bears are 16th in total defense.
Texas is 3-4 after losing at Kansas St 24-21. The Longhorns are 3-0 at home and 0-4 on the road.
3:30PM ET—Miami at Notre Dame (NBC)
Miami -2 ½ points with O/U 58 ½ points
The Hurricanes have lost three straight after losing by 21 at Virginia Tech. They have not scored more than 19 points in those defeats.
Notre Dame is 2-5 coming off a bye week after losing at home to Stanford 17-10.
3:30PM ET—Florida vs. Georgia (CBS)
Florida -7 ½ points with O/U 43 ½ points
Each team is coming off a bye.
Florida is 5-1 after crushing Missouri 40-14 at home. They are second in total and scoring defense in college football.
Georgia has lost three of four after losing 17-16 at home to Vanderbilt. They are 93rd in scoring averaging 25 points per game.
7PM ET—Nebraska at Wisconsin (ESPN)
Wisconsin -8 ½ points with O/U 43 points
Nebraska is 7-0 and faces their toughest Big 10 test. They are 14th in scoring defense giving up nearly 18 points per game.
Wisconsin after losses to Michigan and Ohio St in close contested contests defeat Iowa on the road 17-9. They are limiting opponents to 14 points per game good for fourth best in scoring defense.
7:15PM ET—Auburn at Ole Miss (SEC)
Auburn -4 points with O/U 63 points
Auburn comes off the 56-3 home victory to Arkansas for their fourth straight win. They are third in scoring defense allowing 14 points per game.
Ole Miss has four losses all against tough opponents. They have dropped two straight all on the road in a 38-21 defeat at LSU.
7:15PM ET—Tennessee at South Carolina (ESPN2)
Tennessee -13 ½ points with O/U 50 ½ points
The Volunteers is coming off a bye week with back to back losses at Texas A&M and home to Alabama.
South Carolina is 3-4 and broke a three game losing streak beat UMASS at home 34-28. They have the 123rd ranked offense.
8PM ET—Clemson at Florida St (ABC)
Clemson -4 ½ points with O/U 60 points
Clemson remains 7-0 coming off their bye week as they survived a scare at home beating NC State 24-17 in overtime. They have had issues turning the ball over of late.
Florida St is 5-2 and coming off a bye. After beating Miami by one on the road they get past Wake Forest at home 17-9. The Seminoles are 75th in scoring defense by allowing 29 points per game.
