Baylor -21 O/U 78
West Virginia pulled the upset home victory 41-27 against Baylor last year. The Mountains have lost two straight after a six point home overtime loss to Oklahoma St last week.
Baylor has beat Texas Tech 63-35 on the road as their only test of the season. They played a weak non-conference schedule

Ohio St is a perfect 6-0 and coming off a 21 point home win to Maryland last week.

Utah forces six turnovers and only beats Cal by six last week.
