Mitch from Sports Chat Place guests on the Tonys Picks TV Show and offers his picks, predictions, previews and odds from all of the top games from college football in Week 7 of the 2016 season.

Thursday October 13th—
7:30PM ET—Navy at East Carolina (ESPN)
Friday October 14th—
7PM ET—Duke at Louisville (ESPN)
Louisville -35 with O/U 71 ½ points
Louisville returns to action after a bye week. Prior to the bye they dropped a heartbreaker at Clemson 42-36 on the road as they turned the ball over on downs at the three yard line of the Tigers.
Duke is rebuilding and enters with a mark of 3-3. They have a notable 38-35 victory at Notre Dame.
10:15PM ET—Mississippi St at BYU (ESPN)
BYU -7 points with O/U 58 points
Mississippi St looks to rebound after a home 38-14 defeat to an improved Auburn team to fall to 2-3.
BYU has won 2 straight to move to 3-3 with a strong second half performance in a 31-14 road victory at Michigan St.
Saturday October 15th—
12PM ET—NC State at Clemson (ABC)
Clemson -17 ½ points with O/U 60 ½ points
There was no letdown for Clemson after their home win to Louisville as they blow out Boston College 56-10 covering as a 17 ½ point favorite.
NC State has won three straight after a 10-3 home victory to Notre Dame in heavy rain and wind.
12PM ET—Kansas St at Oklahoma (ESPN)
Oklahoma -11 ½ points with O/U 60 ½ points
The Sooners are 2-0 in the Big 12 after a 45-40 victory to Texas.
Kansas St is 0-2 on the road with a one point defeat t West Virginia and by 13 points at Stanford.
3:30PM ET—Alabama at Tennessee (CBS)
Alabama -12 points with O/U 57 ½ points
This is the third true road test for the Crimson Tide as they passed their second test beating Arkansas last week 49-30 covering as a 14 ½ point favorite. They have a 49-43 win at Ole Miss.
Tennessee looks to bounce back from their first defeat of the year losing 45-38 at Texas A&M in overtime.
3:30PM ET—USC at Arizona (FOX)
USC -8 ½ points with O/U 64 ½ points
The Trojans have won two straight with home victories to Arizona St and Colorado. They are 0-2 in true road games and 0-1 on neutrals.
Arizona looks to rebound from a three game losing streak after losing 36-23 at Utah.
3:30PM ET—Nebraska at Indiana (ABC or ESPN2)
Nebraska -3 ½ points with O/U 56 points
Nebraska is 5-0 and coming off a bye week. The five wins don’t look too impressive now after Oregon’s losses of late. Illinois was up 16-10 after three quarters until Nebraska rallied for a 31-16 home victory.
Indiana after their home overtime victory to Michigan St drops a 38-17 road decision at Ohio St but cover as a 28 point underdog.
3:30PM ET—North Carolina at Miami (ABC or ESPN2)
Miami -7 ½ points with O/U 64 ½ points
It’s revenge for Miami as they get crushed at North Carolina 59-21 last year. The Hurricanes look to rebound after their first loss of the year in a 20-19 home defeat to Florida St.
North Carolina had their four game win streak ended in a 34-3 home defeat to Virginia Tech as the bad weather greatly impacted their passing game.
4PM ET—Missouri at Florida (SEC)
Florida -13 ½ points with O/U 50 ½ points
Missouri is 2-3 and coming in off a bye week after a 42-7 road defeat at LSU.
The Gators game with LSU was a weather cancellation last week. Prior to that it was an offensive struggle in a 13-6 road victory at Vanderbilt.
7PM ET—Mississippi at Arkansas (ESPN)
Ole Miss -7 ½ points with O/U 67 points
They played a wild one in 2015 with Arkansas winning in overtime 53-52 on the road. Ole Miss enters off a bye week after beating Memphis by 20 points.
Arkansas is 3-2 after a 49-30 home defeat to Alabama. They were down 28-7 midway through the second quarter.
7:30PM ET—Stanford at Notre Dame (NBC)
Notre Dame -3 points with O/U 54 ½ points
Stanford’s defense looked terrible as they fell to 3-2 after losing 42-16 at home to Washington St after getting blown out at Washington 44-6.
Notre Dame is now 2-4 as they lose 10-3 at NC State in bad weather.
8PM ET—Ohio St at Wisconsin (ABC)
Ohio St -10 points with O/U 44 points
This will be the Buckeyes second road game. In Week three they won at Oklahoma 45-24.
Wisconsin had a bye week to get ready for Ohio St. They were beaten October 1st at Michigan 14-7 on the road.
10:30PM ET—UCLA at Washington St (ESPN)
Washington St -7 points
Washington St has put together impressive victories winning 51-33 at home to Oregon and last week a 42-16 victory on the road to Stanford.
UCLA has no run game. Quarterback Josh Rosen is questionable with a leg injury suffered in a 23-20 road defeat at Arizona St as they fall to 3-3.
