Thursday September 22nd—
7:30PM ET—Clemson at Georgia Tech (ESPN)
Clemson -9 ½ points with O/U 57
Its an ACC clash between 3-0 teams. The Tigers crush an FCS school last week prior to one possession victories at Auburn and home to Troy.
Georgia Tech comes off a home win to Vanderbilt 38-7. They opened with a win in Ireland against Boston College.
Friday September 23rd—
TCU -21 with O/U 63 ½ points
The Horned Frogs beat Iowa St 41-20 after a three point home overtime defeat to Arkansas.
SMU has improved since June Jones last season. They are 2-1 and covered as a +34 ½ point underdog in a road defeat at Baylor in week two.
9PM ET—USC at Utah (FS1)
Utah -3 with O/U 46 ½ points
It is a tough place to play for big name programs on the road. USC fell to 1-2 with a 27-10 road defeat at Stanford.
Utah is 3-0 with their most notable win against BYU 20-19.
Saturday September 24th—
12PM ET—Georgia at Ole Miss (ESPN)
Mississippi -7 with O/U 60 ½ points
Georgia is 3-0coming off a one point road win at Missouri.
Ole Miss blows a 24-3 lead to Alabama in a 48-43 home defeat. The Rebels gave up two touchdowns on turnovers and one on special teams.
12PM ET—Iowa at Rutgers (ABC or ESPN2)
Iowa -12 ½ points with O/U 55 ½ points
Iowa must recover blowing their playoff chances with a loss to FCS North Dakota St
Rutgers is 2-1 with their loss coming in their biggest test losing 43-18 at Washington.
12PM ET—Wisconsin at Michigan St (B10)
Michigan St -5
Facing a fourth quarter deficit the Badgers rallied for a 23-17 home victory to Georgia St.
Michigan St stuffs the Notre Dame’s run game in a 36-28 road victory.
12PM ET—Florida St at South Florida (ABC or ESPN2)
Florida St -5 ½ points with O/U 61 points
Florida St looks to bounce back after a 63-20 road defeat at Louisville.
South Florida is 3-0 with notable victories at home to a down Northern Illinois team and at Syracuse
3:30PM ET—Duke at Notre Dame (NBC)
Notre Dame -20 ½ points with O/U 59 ½ points
The Duke program is down at 1-2 with a home defeat to Wake Forest and home to Northwestern.
Notre Dame sits at 1-2 as they fell at home to Michigan St and has a week one defeat at Texas.
3:30PM ET—Florida at Tennessee (CBS)
Tennessee -6 ½ points with O/U 43 ½ points
Tennessee’s best game came in their biggest test against Virginia Tech. They have sluggish wins at home to Ohio and Appalachian St.
Florida will face their biggest test as they have home victories to UMASS, North Texas and Kentucky.
3:30PM ET—Penn St at Michigan (ABC)
Michigan -18 ½ points with O/U 60 points
Penn St bounces back from a road loss at Pitt with a 34-27 home victory to Temple.
Michigan fell behind 21-7 and it was almost 28-7 as Colorado was deep in their territory. The Buffaloes starter gets hurt and then Michigan caught fire in a 45-28 victory as a -17 ½ point favorite.
6PM ET—LSU at Auburn (ESPN)
LSU -3 ½ points with O/U 46 points
LSU couldn’t cover as a 13 point favorite in a 23-20 home victory to Mississippi St as they failed to extend a 23-3 lead at the half.
Auburn has struggled for offense in home losses to Clemson and Texas A&M.
7:30PM ET—Oklahoma St at Baylor (FOX)
Baylor -8 with O/U 74 points
Oklahoma St rebounded after a home loss to Central Michigan with a 45-38 home victory to Pittsburgh laying only -3 ½ points.
It was another slow start for Baylor in a 38-10 road win at Rice and failing to cover as a -33 ½ point favorite.
8PM ET—Stanford at UCLA (ABC)
Stanford -3 with O/U 46 ½ points
The Cardinal moved to 2-0 as their defense shined in a 27-10 home victory to USC. They have beat UCLA eight straight times.
UCLA was a field goal better on the road last week at BYU to move to 2-1.
9PM ET—Arkansas vs. Texas A&M (ESPN)
Texas A&M -6 points with O/U 49 ½ points
Game played at home of Dallas Cowboys
The Razorbacks are 3-0 with close wins at TCU and home to Louisiana Tech.
Texas A&M is 3-0 and is looking good on defense. They won at Auburn 29-16 last week.
10PM ET—California at Arizona St (ESPN2)
ASU -4 with O/U 82 ½ points
Both teams can put up points and look shaky on defense. Cal won a shootout at home to Texas last week as a dog to move to 2-1.
ASU survived a scare at Texas San Antonio last week with a four point win as a +21 ½ point underdog. The Sun Devils were down 28-18 entering the fourth quarter.
