Mitch from Sports Chat Place guests on the Tonys Picks TV Show and offers his picks, predictions, previews and odds from all of the top games from college football in Week 3 of the 2016 season.

Thursday September 15th—
7PM ET—Houston at Cincinnati (ESPN)—
Houston -7 ½ points with O/U 64 points
It is a test for the Cougars on Thursday coming off a win against an FCS team. They had a week one upset victory to Oklahoma.
Cincinnati has wins against Tennessee Martin and Purdue. At issue is the Bearcats allowed over 500 yards to the Boilermakers offense.
Friday September 16th—
8PM ET—Baylor at Rice (ESPN)—
Baylor -30 ½ points with O/U 65 ½ points
Baylor crushed Rice last year at home 70-17. The Bears were tied at 6-6 with SMU at the half until they woke up in the second half for a 40-13 victory.
It is an awful start for Rice with double digit losses to Army and Western Kentucky.
9:30PM ET—Arkansas St at Utah St (ESPN2)—
Utah St -9 with O/U 56 ½ points.
Arkansas St is 0-2 with blowout losses to Auburn and Toledo. They gave up over 700 yards to the Tigers offense last week.
Utah St faced an angry USC team at the Coliseum last week and get crushed. The Aggies struggled in pass defense and couldn’t get their run game going.
Saturday September 17th—
12PM ET—Florida St at Louisville (ABC)—
Florida St -2 with O/U 65
There is a lot of hype on Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson who has put up some huge numbers in their two wins. But those numbers came against Charlotte and Syracuse.
Florida St faced an FCS school Charleston Southern and crushed them. The Seminoles have a week one comeback victory to Ole Miss.
3:30PM ET—Oregon at Nebraska (ABC)—
Nebraska -3 ½ with O/U 73
Oregon is getting points in this spot. This is the first road test for first year starting quarterback Dakota Prukop. They did give up nearly 200 yards rushing at home to Virginia last week.
Nebraska has blowout home victories to Wyoming and Fresno St covering four touchdowns in each game.
3:30PM ET—Alabama at Ole Miss (CBS)
Alabama -10 ½ points with O/U 54 ½ points
Ole Miss has beaten Alabama the past two seasons. The Rebels crushed FCS school Wofford after blowing a lead in defeat to Florida St in week one.
Alabama gets a good performance from Jalen Hurts last week in their home victory to Western Kentucky.
7PM ET—Texas A&M at Auburn (ESPN)
Auburn -3 ½ with O/U 51
After their home loss to Clemson in week one the Tigers responded with a 51-14 home victory to Arkansas St running for over 7 ½ yards on 61 carries.
Texas A&M lost to Auburn 26-10 at home last year. They beat UCLA in overtime in week one then they crushed FCS school Prairie View last week.
7PM ET—Mississippi St at LSU (ESPN2)
LSU -14 with O/U 44 ½
After that loss to South Alabama in their opener the Mississippi St Bulldogs defeated South Carolina 27-15 running for 290 yards and nearly 6 ½ yards per carry.
LSU beats Jacksonville St at home after their 16-14 loss to Wisconsin. Quarterback play still a problem.
7:30PM ET—Ohio St at Oklahoma (FOX)
Ohio St -2 with O/U 64 ½
The Buckeyes have blowout victories to Bowling Green and Tulsa to open the year covering huge point spreads.
After their loss to Houston the Sooners crushed UL Monroe 59-17 favored by 46 points.
7:30PM ET—Michigan St at Notre Dame (NBC)
Notre Dame -7 ½ with O/U 52
Michigan St is getting a lot of points here. They had a week off after a 28-13 victory to Furman at home in their opener. This is a big test for first year quarterback Tyler O’Connor.
Notre Dame rebounded after a road loss to Texas with a 39-10 victory at home to Nevada behind a good defensive performance.
7:30PM ET—Georgia at Missouri (SEC)
Georgia -6 ½ points with O/U 56
Missouri crushed Eastern Michigan in week 2 after a 26-11 road loss to West Virginia. The Tigers struggled for offense in 2015.
Georgia is 2-0 and has a notable week one win at North Carolina. They struggled past Nichols St winning 26-24 laying -52 ½ points.
8PM ET—USC at Stanford (ABC)
Stanford -9 ½ with O/U 53
USC rebounds after a humiliating loss to Alabama with a home blowout victory to Utah St.
Stanford beat USC at the Coliseum last year 41-22. The Cardinal defeated Kansas St in their opener 26-13 then got a week off. They were able to stuff the Wildcats running game. First year quarterback Ryan Burns facing a big test.
10:30PM ET—Texas at Cal (ESPN)
Texas -8 with O/U 79 ½ points
Cal showed horrible run defense in their loss to San Diego St. They knew what was coming and couldn’t stop it as the Aztecs rushed for over 7 yards a carry.
Texas didn’t let down following their win against Notre Dame by blowing out UTEP 41-7. Freshman quarterback Steve Buechele had another good showing passing for four touchdowns.
