Tulane vs. Navy Analysis
Now on to this play: Tulane vs. Navy. Navy’s had a great season, but a lot of that success, I think, has come against a really suspect schedule. We saw what happened when they moved up a class and played a team like Notre Dame—Notre Dame handled them very easily. Even in games they’ve won, like against Memphis, the Tigers moved the ball up and down the field against Navy pretty easily and put a lot of points on the board.
Now, Navy is going to face a Tulane team that’s playing better than anybody in the AAC conference right now. Tulane is averaging 41 points per game and has a great defense that allows just 18.7 points per game. Navy is going to have a really tough time containing Tulane’s wide receiver Mario Williams, who’s averaging 17 yards per catch.
Final Pick: Tulane Covers
When it’s all said and done, I think Tulane covers this number against Navy. So, we’re going to get on the Green Wave—they’re going to cover the spread against Navy, and we’re going to cash that ticket!
