Kings and Flames Coming off Mixed Performances
Alright, let’s get into it! Kings vs. Flames here on Monday. The Kings are playing some solid hockey, winning three of their last four games, though they did face a tough 5-2 loss to Columbus. Looking at Calgary, they recently ended a three-game East Coast trip with a loss to Buffalo. In that stretch, they beat Montreal in overtime, took Boston to overtime but lost 4-3, and then lost to Buffalo in a shootout. They’ve been collecting points, staying competitive, and getting wins where they can.
Head-to-Head Record and Expected Goalies
The Flames are back at home, where home cooking has been good in this matchup—the home team has won the last eight head-to-head games between these two. I’m expecting Vladar to start in goal for the Flames, while Talbot should be in net for the Kings.
Betting Lean and Game Prediction
As for the outcome, I think this one will be close. With the home team winning consistently in this matchup, I see this game going to overtime, with Calgary pulling out the win to keep that home streak alive. So, I’m taking the 60-minute draw, followed by a Calgary win in overtime on Monday night.
Thanks for tuning in, everyone! I appreciate each and every one of you, and if you’ve served, thank you—have a wonderful Remembrance Day. Have a good one, and I’ll catch you on the next one!
