Game Preview: San Jose Sharks vs. New Jersey Devils

Alright, let’s get into this hockey game on Sunday. The Sharks are kicking off a road trip, heading out east to take on the Devils. We should see Blackwood getting the start for the Sharks, while Allen is expected to start for the Devils. The Devils are also on the second half of a back-to-back.

Sharks’ Recent Form and Head-to-Head Advantage

The Sharks have been playing some pretty solid hockey lately, especially with Celebrini back in the lineup, which has given them a boost. They’ve won four of their last six games, showing they’re a scrappy and determined bunch. Looking at the head-to-head record, the Sharks have covered the puck line in nine of their last 10 meetings against the Devils, so I think San Jose can take advantage here.

Betting Angle: Sharks +1.5 Puck Line

I don’t know if the Sharks can win this outright, but I’m going to take San Jose plus the puck and a half here on Sunday. I think they’ll give the Devils all they can handle and then some in this Sunday afternoon action.

Thanks, everybody, for tuning in. I appreciate each and every one of you. Have a wonderful Sunday, and don’t forget to hit the link to scoop up my NFL Sunday pass. Let’s crush the books, and I’ll catch you on the next one!
