Game Breakdown: Bengals vs. Ravens

Now, let’s get you right to that free winner. We’re looking at the Cincinnati Bengals on the road against the Baltimore Ravens. If you watched the first meeting between these two teams, it went to overtime after the Bengals missed a 53-yard field goal. Heartbreaker! Derrick Henry, after being held in check all game, then broke out with a 55- or 56-yard run, setting up a Justin Tucker game-winner. If you had the Bengals, you pretty much cashed in on that—almost.

This one’s going to be in Baltimore, and I don’t think we’ll see nine touchdowns like we did in that game. It was just back and forth, back and forth. The Bengals will be without T. Higgins for this one; he had two touchdowns in the first meeting. And we know Baltimore, as a team, wants to run the ball. They got Derrick Henry for a reason.

The Winning Play: Bet on the Under

On the other side, the Cincinnati Bengals, now with Chase Brown as the number one back, are leaning more on the run game. He had around 120 yards in his last game against the Raiders. They’re going to want to keep the ball out of Lamar Jackson’s hands, keeping this one as close as possible and making it a field goal battle. Cincinnati’s kicker is pretty solid—right up there with Justin Tucker. I’d say they’re on the same tier.

I expect a short week, banged-up players, tough defense, and lots of running. I think there’s a 75% chance of precipitation—I’ll need to double-check that. But the total here is set at 53, which is super high for a Thursday night game. Let’s lock in the under for my free winner.
