Hi there, it’s Rodd from Tony’s Picks, coming at you with a three-team NHL bird cage for Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024. Just before we get to that NHL parlay, I want to say, if you’re new to Tony’s Picks, welcome aboard! Glad to have you. Make sure you’re subscribed, give us a thumbs up, and let me know your parlay of the day in the comments section below—I’ll let you know what I think.
First Leg: Edmonton Oilers vs. Carolina Hurricanes
Let’s get into the action. For the first leg of the parlay, we’re going to Edmonton, where they’re taking on Carolina. The Oilers are 2-4 on the season and definitely looking to improve. Their power play has been awful, and their penalty kill hasn’t been much better, so there’s plenty for them to work on. Surprisingly, they’ve given up 24 goals and only scored 12, so they’ve been outscored quite a bit. Somehow, they managed to get two wins, but they’ll be looking to turn things around. The Oilers are also 8-0 at home versus teams from the Metropolitan Division. So, for the first leg of the parlay, take the Edmonton Oilers.
Second Leg: Anaheim Ducks vs. San Jose Sharks
The second leg of the parlay takes us to Anaheim, where the Ducks are facing the Sharks. Sure, Anaheim didn’t look great last time out against the Kings, but this matchup is against the Sharks. The Ducks love beating up on the Sharks, and I expect them to bounce back in this one. So, give me the Ducks over the Sharks for the second leg of the parlay.
Third Leg: Vegas Golden Knights vs. Los Angeles Kings
Last but not least, we’re heading to Vegas. The Golden Knights have played their best hockey at home all season long. They’re up against the Kings, who have been on an extended road trip to start the season. This will be game number seven for the Kings, and they still haven’t had their home opener yet. Vegas is a tough place to play, especially for a team like the Kings. So, I’ll take Vegas on the moneyline to stay perfect at home.
Quick Recap
To recap, take the Edmonton Oilers on the moneyline, the Anaheim Ducks on the mone line, and the Vegas Golden Knights on the moneyline. That’s your three-team parlay for Tuesday!
