Vancouver Canucks vs Florida Panthers Game Breakdown
Alright, let’s look at the Vancouver Canucks against the Florida Panthers. The Panthers are playing their third game in four nights, which is usually not ideal. Typically, I fade teams in that situation, but Vancouver just isn’t looking good at all. They’ve come out of the gates like a snail, like a sloth—don’t you know? They just lost against the Tampa Bay Lightning, and they look disorganized. A lot of that has to do with their goaltending. I thought Demko was going to be better this year, but he hasn’t been. It looks like Lankinen will be in net again tomorrow after that loss to Tampa Bay.
Florida’s Depth and Betting Value
As much as I don’t like teams playing three games in four nights, I think Florida has the depth to overcome that. They don’t have to rely on just one player. Even without Kachuk and Barkov, two of their best players, Florida is still deeper than Vancouver. So, I’m leaning toward Florida here at -120.
But here’s something to consider: since Barkov has been out, Lundell has been on their top line and has been producing at a point-per-game pace. You can get a player prop for Lundell at -105 just to get a point—very good value in my opinion. If you can find a goal-scoring prop for him, you could probably get even better odds, but to get a point at -105 is excellent value.
Final Picks and Closing Thoughts
They should be going with Bobrovsky in net, and he’s been playing fantastic. So at -120, when you’ve got the Stanley Cup champions going up against a team that’s looking disheveled, I think that’s solid value to take Florida on the moneyline. And we’ll go with Lundell to get a point.
Alright, my friends, enjoy the hockey and all the videos I’m giving you. I hope you’re enjoying them, and more importantly, I hope you’re betting them—because I like to see you make money, and that’s why we do this sort of thing.
Have a great day! Okay, bye.
