Metro Division vs Atlantic Division 2/4/2023 Picks Predictions Previews
The NHL All-Star weekend will get underway with a clash between the Metropolitan Division and the Atlantic Division in the semifinals of the tournament at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida on Saturday afternoon.
The Metropolitan Division will continue the momentum it started way back in the 2022 All-Star with a shining and awesome play.
Last time, they features some of the league’s best skaters in Claude Giroux, Jake Guentzel, and Jack Hughes in the All-Star weekend match-ups. Unfortunately, only Hughes returned to the team.
This year, the Metropolitan Division will highlight the combination of old and new stars in their lineup.
The Sidney Crosby-led team will include in the forward position: Johnny Gaudreau (Columbus Blue Jackets), Kevin Hayes (Philadelphia Flyers), Jack Hughes (New Jersey Devils), Brock Nelson (New York Islanders), Alex Ovechkin (Washington Capitals), Artemi Panarin (New York Rangers), and Andrei Svechnikov (Carolina Hurricanes) with Defenseman Adam Fox of the New York Rangers.
At the goals, we have Goalkeepers Ilya Sorokin of the New York Islanders and Igor Shesterkin of the New York Rangers.
The Metropolitan Division could cover the spread if the returning Hughes will make a repeat performance from last year.
Johnny Gaudreau must continue spreading his skills in setting his teammates to a goal while Crosby and Ovechkin maximize their veteran moves in augmenting the offense for the Metro.
In addition, Artemi Panarin and Adam Fox must step on the gas for their flashy moves.
