They have played to over the total in seven straight. Past three games the Trojans averaged 505 yards with the defense giving up 485 yards. Trojans past three games allowed 5.3 yards per rush attempt. Caleb Williams will play and concluded the regular season with a 9.1 yards per pass attempt with 9.1 yards per attempt. He passed for 37 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. No opt outs for Tulane. USC has their top receiver Jordan Addison is out with an ankle injury. Opting out is the Trojans top offensive linemen. Look for offenses to shine for both teams. Play Tulane and USC over 63.5.

LSU vs. Purdue—LSU concluded the regular season at 9-4. They are on a two game losing streak with losses at Texas A&M by 15 and to Georgia in the SEC Championship Game 50-30. A good offensive team that averaged 499 yards and 31 points per game in their final three games. On defense they have allowed 31 or greater points in five of their final eight games. Tigers have several opt outs including two wide receivers, edge rusher, defensive lineman and a cornerback. LSU also has notable receiver and blocking tight end hit the transfer portal. Quarterback Jayden Daniels announced his plans to return for the 2023 season. He was banged up at the end of the season but expected to play on Monday. The Arizona St transfer in his first season with LSU completed 68.5% of his throws with 7.5 yards per pass attempt. He passed for 16 touchdowns, three interceptions and had a 4.5 yards per run average with eleven rushing touchdowns. Purdue concluded play at 8-5 after losing a 43-22 decision to Michigan in the Big Ten Championship. Boilermakers rallied with three straight Big Ten wins to earn the berth to the conference title game. Purdue will be without head coach Jeff Brohm who exits the program for the head coaching job at Louisville. His brother takes over as interim head coach for this bowl game. Quarterback Aiden O’Connell has opted out of this bowl game. He is joined by a receiver and tight end. On defense opting out are two defensive linemen, a cornerback and linebacker. Backup Austin Burton is expected to lineup under center for Purdue. He started for an ailing O’Connell in the teams final non-conference game where he completed 72.4% with 5.7 yards per attempt against FAU. He threw for 166 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. He had mop up duties the remainder of the season and last season. He transferred over from UCLA was he saw action in six games at UCLA. Several opt outs for LSU makes it tough to lay two touchdowns. Purdue quarterback spent a career as a backup and in his final game of his career gets a bowl start. Four loss season for LSU is a disappointment and not acceptable for a school that expects at the very least a spot in the playoffs. Play Purdue +15.

Penn St at Utah—Penn St is 10-3 on the year and finished behind Ohio St and Michigan in the Big Ten. They gave up 44 at home to Ohio St and 41 at Michigan. They did win the final four games of the regular season. Nittany Lions played well defensively down the stretch holding teams to 8.7 points and 188 yards per game. The offense posted 40 points and 422 yards. They will be without a cornerback that opted out. Penn St quarterback Sean Clifford had season highs in his senior season with 63.6% completion rate with 7.7 yards per attempt. He started all four seasons with Penn St. Utah is 10-3 and champions of the PAC 12 after their 47-24 win to USC in the Championship Game. They rolled up 533 yards on the Trojans defense. Bowl opt outs for the Utes is s star cornerback, running back and tight end. Quarterback Cameron Rising is a junior that won the starting job during last season and led the Utes to the Rose Bowl. This year, Rising a 66.2% completion rate with 8.1 yards per attempt all career highs. No word if Rising is coming back for a senior season so huge motivation for a strong showing to help his draft status should he leave. Utes lost an exciting Rose Bowl last year against Ohio St and would like to taste victory this time. Utah held opponents to 326 yards this season. Penn St is the third best Big Ten team. Play Utah -1.
