Yellow Jackets gained 412 yards offensively with 180 on the ground on 37 carries. It was the defense they defended the pass well holding the Blue Devils to 136 yards on 42 attempts. Jeff Sims a season high 67.5% completions, two touchdowns and 6.7 yards per attempt. Sims injured and may not start.

North Texas at UTSA—North Texas improved to 4-3 following their 47-27 home win to Louisiana Tech. Mean Green a season high 671 yards of offense with 475 rushing on 47 attempts. They limited the Bulldogs on the ground but surrendered 424 passing yards on 37 attempts.
Austin Aune 55% completion in the win with 9.8 yards per attempt. Aune on the year 56.1% completion rate with 8.6 yards per attempt. UTSA 5-2 following their 30-10 road win at FIU. Road Runners gained 433 yards with just over three yards a carry on the ground. They limited FIU to only 323 yards.
Frank Harris 68.7% completions, 303 yards, two touchdowns and 8.7 yards per attempt. On the year Harris 68.8% completion rate with 8.8 yards per attempt.
