The Air Force Falcons (5th in MW Mountain) will invade Allegiant Stadium in Nevada to face off with the UNLV Rebels (2nd in MW West) in the 2022 College Football action on Saturday.

 

The Falcons will continue their road trip at 4-2 overall after a seven-point loss to the Utah State Aggies at 27-34 that snapped a two-game winning streak.

 

The Air Force defense had issues stopping Utah State after the Aggies gained over 400 yards of total offense to score 34 points. Air Force ended the first half with a one-point lead at 14-13 but failed to follow through.

 

The Falcons’ offense managed to rotate the ball well gaining 359 yards of total offense in scoring 27 points but committed two turnovers leading to their loss.

 

Air Force starting QB Haaziq Daniels completed 5 of his 12 passes for 95 yards and scored a TD but intercepted once. Daniels landed another touchdown by rushing for 34 yards on 10 carries.

 

RB Brade Roberts led the running game with 136 yards on 29 carries and penetrated the end zone once for the Falcons.

Air Force Falcons vs UNLV Rebels Predictions 10/15/2022

 

The UNLV Rebels are traveling back home to defend their home field against the visiting Air Force Falcons team on Saturday night.

 

The Rebels marked an overall record at 4-2 following their horrible 33-point loss to the San José State Spartans at 7-40 on October 8.

 

The UNLV defense was defective, allowing San José State to compile 430 total yards of offense to score 40 points in the contest. The Rebels have three scoreless quarters in the loss.  

 

The Nevada-Las Vegas offense was shut down in the first half and held scoreless in the final quarter and scored just seven points on 213 yards of total offense.

 

Starting quarterback Cameron Friel led the Rebels’ offense through the air after completing 68.2% of his passes for 153 yards while nailing a touchdown.

 

Aidan Robbins ran for 55 yards on 13 carries in leading the running game for UNLV while Senika McKie hauled down 3 passes for 55 yards and reached the end zone once in the game.

 

Nevada-Las Vegas is 7-3 ATS in its last 10 contests and 6-14 SU in its last 20 while the totals went OVER in 8 of the Rebels’ last 12 matches.
