Marshall 3-2 after their 28-7 home win to FCS Gardner Webb posting 421 yards. After their upset to Notre Dame they dropped road games at Bowling Green and Troy.
Both their home wins came to FCS teams with a win in the opener against Norfolk St so they will need seven wins for bowl eligibility. Texas Tech transfer quarterback Henry Colombi is completing 73.7% with 7.7 yards per attempt.
Issues at quarterback for Louisiana and their run game isn’t helping out with 3.8 yards per carry. Ragin Cajuns good at run defense but weak quarterback play. Play Louisiana and Marshall under 47.5.

Oklahoma St at TCU—Oklahoma St moved to 5-0 after their 41-31 home win to Texas Tech. Defense held the Red Raiders to only seven second half points. Cowboys gained 434 yards in the win. Defensively Cowboys did surrender 379 yards but on 63 attempts.
Spencer Sanders a season low 48.9% completions with 6.6 yards per attempt. On the season Sanders a career low 61.5% completions with 8.2 yards per attempt. That number is 6.5 in Big 12 play. TCU is 5-0 following their 38-31 road win at Kansas.
Horned Frogs ran for 144 yards on 31 carries. Defensively they surrendered 540 yards to the Jayhawks wit 351 passing on 34 attempts. Max Duggan 69.7% completions with 9.3 yards per attempt. Career highs this year for Duggan with 73.2% completions and 10.3 yards per attempt.
Duggan against the Big 12 69.7% completions with 9.2 per attempt. Horned Frogs doing a better job on the ground and getting better work from Duggan in conference play. Play TCU -3.5.

NC State at Syracuse—NC State improved to 5-1 after their 1-17 home win to Florida St. Another light offensive game for the Wolf Pack as they gained just 307 yards. NC State was run heavy rushing for 182 yards on 46 carries. They defended the pass well but surrendered 206 rushing yards on 28 carries.
Devin Leary is doubtful with an upper body injury. Charleston Southern transfer Jack Chambers threw one pass in relief but ran it 11 times for 46 yards. On the season he completes 42.9% of his passes with 3.4 yards per attempt. He completed only 55.2% with Charleston Southern last year and ran it 135 times for 3.5 yards per rush.
Syracuse 5-0 after their 59-0 home win to FCS Wagner behind 631 yards. Quarterback Garrett Shrader on the season is completing career high’s 70.9% with 9.6 yards per attempt.
Gool results in conference action against Louisville and Virginia. Quarterback situation concern for NC State. Syracuse getting good production as well from their ground game with 4.7 yards per rush. Play Syracuse -3.

Back to back conference games where the Hoosiers held under 300 yards. Indiana had only 19 yards on 25 carries. Missouri transfer quarterback Connor Bazelak just 51% completions with a season low 4.1 yards per attempt.
On the year the Bazelak way down from the past three seasons with 52.5% completion rate and 5.4 per attempt. Hoosiers 2-10 as an underdog past two seasons. Indiana just 4 yards per play in their Big Ten games. Play Maryland -11.

Bobcats defense has held opponents to just 354 yards, four yards per carry on the ground and only 6.2 yards per attempt. Bobcats offense rushing for only 1.8 yards a carry.
Trojans put heavy pressure on the quarterback and averaging 3.3 sacks and force two turnovers a game. With Texas St run game broken it will be tough sledding throwing the football. Play Texas St and Troy under 48.5.
Western Kentucky vs. Middle Tennessee St College Football Pick Prediction 10/15/2022
Western Kentucky at Middle Tennessee St—Western Kentucky fell to 3-3 after their 31-28 road defeat at UTSA. Hilltoppers moved the football for 481 yards with 108 rushing on 24 carries. On defense WKU did surrender 486 yards to UTSA with 273 passing on 35 attempts.

With the run game producing just 3.3 yards a carry and Cunningham not getting passes downfield in conference tough to back them here. Blue Raiders defense giving up 283 passing yards on 8.2 per attempt. Play Western Kentucky -8.
Northern Illinois vs. Eastern Michigan College Football Pick Prediction 10/15/2022
Northern Illinois at Eastern Michigan—Northern Illinois fell to 1-5 after their 52-32 home defeat to Toledo. Huskies fell behind 45-7 after three quarters with fourteen points allowed on interception returns. NIU had a -4 turnover margin. Offensively the ground game generated 140 yards on 41 carries.
