Both UConn and FIU are looking at this game as a potential win. The Panthers are the second-worst FBS team in the US despite having a worse record than UConn this season (2-2).

Lexington Joseph also had a fantastic game, gaining 80 yards on 5.7 attempts. He also caught a touchdown pass of 60 yards.

Tyrese Chamber, who had 6 catches for 79 yards and a score, was the team’s top receiver. The Panthers’ 17.8 points per game average place them 119th in the U.S.
