Panthers: Wow! Florida is 17-2-1 SU in L20 (17-3 ATS), including the current string of seven straight wins. The lone, minor flaw finds three of the wins came in overtime.
The Panthers were on the verge of falling to Anaheim last time out, but two goals by Anthony Duclair avoided the major upset bid.
How Florida keeps winning with little if any pressure on them is remarkable, unless they really want to overtake Colorado to gain the President’s Trophy.
Another key number: the Panthers are 31-6-0 at home SU/ATS, thanks to a league-high 11.2 points per game.
Jonathan Huberdeau leads FLA with 105 points, scoring 28 goals and adding 77 assists. Aleksander Barkov has 10 assists over L10 games for Florida.
Still, a wild card berth for Winnipeg is unlikely.
Prediction: Everyone’s waiting to fade Florida (-270), but they just never seem to get beat. And with the Jets recovering and skating with fresh legs, a simpler wager is not the side, it’s the Total… OVER.

Back in the 1970s, PIT and MON were in the same division, but no more.
The Islanders came out slow, down 4-1 at the midway mark, as a season of high expectations was coming to an end.
Prediction: The Isles looked very slow. And since Montreal is coming in fresh, a minor upset is predicable with the home dogs… CANADIENS.
