The UCF Knights will try to extend their three-game winning skid. The Knights ousted the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats, North Carolina A&T Aggies, and just recently the Temple Owls at 65-48 on December 15.

The Knights trailed a one-point lead at halftime but their offense peaked up after the break with 47 points while allowing just 29 to the Owls on the way to their 17-point victory over Temple.

Guard Brandon Mahan nailed 18 points while Guard Darin Green Jr. shared 17 in leading the scoring for Central Florida. Guard Forward CJ Walker controlled the glass with 12 rebounds while Guard Tyem Freeman added 14 points for the Knights.

Central Florida recorded an average of 73.4 PPG on 45.8% shooting from the field while giving away 63.6 PPG with an average of 34.2 boards and 14.8 assists per contest. The Knights’ defense ended up with 3.4 blocks and 7.7 steals per match.

Guard Darin Green Jr. acquired an average of 15.9 PPG on 45.9% overall shooting, Forward CJ Walker grabbed an average of 6.1 RPG, and Guard Darius Perry dispensed an average of 4.8 APG this season.
