First year head coach Jeff Wulbrun found the his roster bare so he had to restock his team. Pioneers have defended well to start the year holding opponents to 41.3% shooting and 29.8% from three. The only game that went over for Air Force was their only back to back. They have two days rest here. Play Denver and Air Force under 127.
Wisconsin vs. Saint Mary’s Basketball Pick Prediction 11/25/2021
Wisconsin vs. Saint Mary’s—In the Maui Tournament the Gaels sported impressive wins against Notre Dame and Oregon. Saint Mary’s returns all five starters from last year. Last season was tough on the Gaels as their best shooters to injury in December to injuries. Gaels are shooting 46.2% from the field along with 36.5% from three. Defensively they are strong holding opponents to 41.8% along with 30.9% from beyond the arc. They take good care of the basketball and strong on the defensive glass. Wisconsin returns only one starter from a team that went 10-10 in the Big Ten last year. This is a back to back for both teams. DIdn’t like the way they faded down the stretch nearly blowing a 20 point halftime lead to Houston surviving a botched layup attempt by the Cougars as time ran out or it would have went into overtime. Badgers ice cold from the field this year hitting 39.9% along with 29.2% from three. They do have a five point loss to Providence this year. Play Saint Mary’s +1.

Memphis vs. Virginia Tech—Memphis head coach Penny Hardaway reflected on last season’s NIT berth and felt non-conference early losses costs his team a big in the NCAA Tournament last year. Three starters return from a 20 win team and Hardaway was able to good transfers and recruits. Tigers are off to a 4-0 start with notable blowout wins to Saint Louis and Western Kentucky. They are shooting 52.6% from the floor along with 38.5% from three point range while holding teams to 33.6% and 24.2% from beyond the arc. Virginia Tech returns three starters from last year and they lost scoring. Hokies have played a weaker schedule. Prefer the talent level on the Tigers side. Play Memphis -2.5.
Santa Clara vs. Fresno St Basketball Pick Prediction 11/25/2021
Santa Clara vs. Fresno St—The Broncos return three starters back from las year. Head coach Herb Sendek has done a good job of landing quality transfers and recruits into his program this season. They are off to a 5-0 start posting wins by 16 points or greater to Stanford, TCU and Nevada. They are shooting 42.5% from three and have been strong scoring inside. Overall they are making 55% from the field and holding teams to 41.5% along with 33% from beyond the arc. Fresno St does return five starers back but the team finished 9-11 in the Mountain West. The schedule has been weak thus far and the Bulldogs have struggled with perimeter defense where they allow 38.5% from the three point line.
