Gators defense past three games is surrendering 425 yards with 4.7 yards per rush, 252 passing yards with 7.3 yards per rush attempt. Seminoles quarterback Jordan Travis on the road is completing 66.7% of his throws for 9.1 yards per pass attempt. But the team in this period has struggled to move the chains with 17.1% conversions on third down. Gators offense in the better form. Emory Jones completing 66.5% of his passes in the SEC with 8.2 yards per attempt. Play Florida -2.
Georgia vs. Georgia Tech Pick Prediction 11/27/2021
Georgia at Georgia Tech—Georgia has the SEC Championship game next week. Georgia will not go to a bowl game with a disappointing 3-8 record. In their past three SEC games the Bulldogs have wins by 24 at Tennessee, 37 to Missouri and 27 at Florida. Georgia Tech’s defense has fallen off the cliff. Past two games they allowed 55 points and 514 yards at Notre Dame and 41 points with 505 yards home to Miami. They have lost five straight. Yellow Jackets offense past three games averaging only 298 yards with 4.4 yards per rush and 4.4 yard per pass attempt. Quarterback Jordan Yates 4.5 yards per attempt against BC and 3.4 against Notre Dame. Play Georgia -35.
Ohio St vs. Michigan Pick Prediction 11/27/2021
Ohio St at Michigan—Both teams at 10-1 and a berth to the Big Ten title game at berth. Oregon St faced weak teams on the road in Rutgers and Indiana and blew them out. Their biggest test came at Nebraska three weeks ago and came away with a 26-17 win and no cover. Their other recent major test was at home against Penn St not covering in a nine point win. Wolverine’s defense can keep them in this game and keep this a one possession game. That was a clutch win at Penn St with a late big play touchdown for the win. Against the Big Ten the Wolverines holding teams to 313 yards and 18 points a game. Play Michigan +8.
Houston vs. UCONN Pick Prediction 11/27/2021
Houston at UCONN—It was a strong performance by the Houston defense as they held Memphis to 13 points and 322 yards in their 18 point win. UCONN has no wins against FBS competition. Recent losses came by 32 at UCF, 37 at Clemson and 29 to Middle Tennessee St as they allowed 495 yards with 307 passes for 7.1 yards per pass attempt. Huskies offense in those games poor averaging 238 yards, 2.1 yards per rush and 4.7 per pass attempt. Play Houston -32.
Wake Forest vs. Boston College Pick Prediction 11/27/2021
Wake Forest at Boston College—Boston College at 6-5 is bowl eligible. A win by Wake Forest and they move into the ACC championship game. This is a back to back road game for the Demon Deacons after their 48-27 loss at Clemson. Demon Deacons defense past five games allowing 523 yards with 245 rushing for 5.9 yards per rush and 7.9 yards per pass attempt. BC defense trending better defensively in this period allowing 314 yards with 5.7 yards per pass attempt. Eagles quarterback Phil Jurkovec had a poor game against Florida St. Two games back against a bad Georgia Tech defense he threw for 310 yards with 15.5 yards per pass attempt. These teams did not meet last season. Recent road games Wake Forest allowed 48 at Clemson, 58 at North Carolina and 56 at Army. Play Boston College +4.5.

Army at Liberty—Both teams have seven wins and are bowl eligible. After a three game losing streak the Black Knights responded with wins to Air Force, Bucknell and UMASS. Liberty has dropped two straight at Ole Miss and home to Louisiana held to 14 points in each game. Flames have failed to cover four straight. Army runs the football over 90% of the time. These teams last met way back in 2018 so this current Flames team not familiar with the triple option. Past three games for Liberty they are allowing 4.2 yards per rush. Black Knights defense held their own against Wisconsin and Air Force in recent games. Play Army +3.5.

Miami Ohio at Kent—Both teams bowl eligible with 6-5 records. If there are more than 82 teams bowl eligible the MAC conference usually gets shut out so seven wins important in this conference. Red Hawks have won four of their past five games. They are holding MAC opponents to 343 yards and 18.3 points per game. Golden Flashes defense surrendering 475 yards a game. Miami Ohio quarterback Brett Gabbert performing well past three games averaging 356 passing yards and 10.2 yards per pass attempt. Two strong offensive teams but the Redhawks the better defense. Play Miami Ohio +1.
Maryland vs. Rutgers Pick Prediction 11/27/2021
Maryland at Rutgers—Both teams sit at 5-6 and win and they become bowl eligible. Six of the Terrapins past seven Big Ten opponents were upper echelon teams and have been beaten up. Maryland has the better offense. Rutgers past three games has averaged only 229 yards with 3.4 yards per rush and 4.1 per pass attempt. What is troubling about Rutgers is the 21-7 loss at a rebuilding Northwestern team behind only 222 yards of offense. Terrapins quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa has passed for over three hundred yards in three of four games. Play Maryland -1.5.

Akron at Toledo—Toledo is bowl eligible at 6-5. MAC conference teams are not safe with six wins as if there are more than 82 bowl eligible teams the MAC usually gets a six win team or two denied. Rockets have won three of four. Offense trending well in their past three games by averaging 537 yards with 243 rushing for 7 yards per attempt. Rockets quarterback Dequan Finn in his past three games throwing for 293 yards with 10.4 yards per pass attempt. Zips have lost five straight and seven of nine. Defense trending poorly in this period allowing 484 yards with 322 rushing for 6.9 yards per rush. Play Toledo -28.

Navy at Temple—Navy a two win team and Temple a three win team so neither is bowl eligible. Midshipmen have been the competitive team of these two covering six of their past eight after switching offensive coordinators. Six of their past eight games have been one possession games. Temple is spiraling downward. They have lost by 20 or greater in six straight games held to 14 or fewer points in each game. Owls run defense trending poorly past five games by allowing 228 yards past three conference games for 5.3 yards per rush. Midshipmen in this period running for 271 yards and 5.1 per attempt. Texas Tech at Baylor—Both teams are bowl eligible with Texas Tech at 6-5 and Baylor at 9-2. Bears have won five of six after their 20-10 win at Kansas St. It was a strong defensive performance as the Wildcats were held to 263 yards. Baylor has won and covered all six at home. Notable home wins and covers came against Oklahoma, Texas, BYU, West Virginia and Iowa St. Baylor trending well past three against the Big 12 with 397 offensive yards with 216 for 5 yards per rush. Quarterback Gary Bohanon is day to day with a hamstring. Backup Blake Shapen was effective in relief last week completing 19 of 24 for 162 yards. Red Raiders have had ugly losses on the road dropping 52-21 decision at Oklahoma and 70-35 at Texas. They were shut out at home to Oklahoma St last week. Past three games against the Big 12 the Red Raiders allowing 354 passing yards for 9.2 yards per attempt. Play Baylor -14.

Miami at Duke—With their win last week the Hurricanes moved to 6-5 and bowl eligible. Duke is out of bowl consideration at 3-8. Duke has lost all seven games against the ACC covering only one. Blue Devils are allowing 571 yards and 46.6 points per game against conference foes. Hurricanes have won four of five with notable wins to NC State and at Pittsburgh. The switch to quarterback Tyler Van Dyke has produced better results at the position. Past three against the ACC, Van Dyke averaging 354 yards passing for 9.3 yards per pass attempt. Play Miami -21.

Louisiana Tech at Rice—Both teams sit at 3-8 and are eliminated from bowl consideration. Rice has been able to move the football at home averaging 402 yards with 162 rushing for 4 yards per attempt. Quarterback Jake Constantine in his past two home games threw for 380 yards on Western Kentucky and 232 on North Texas. Louisiana Tech on the road is surrendering 247 yards passing for 7.5 yards per attempt and 69.7% completion rate. They have lost all three Conference USA games on the road dropping decisions by 14 at UAB, 3 at Old Dominion and 16 at UTEP. Play Rice +3.5.
UTSA vs. North Texas Pick Prediction 11/27/2021
UTSA at North Texas—UTSA sits at 11-0 and face a 5-6 North Texas team one win away from bowl eligibility. Mean Green have played better as they carry a four game win streak after their 42 point win at FIU. They have averaged 523 yards in their past three against the Conference with 294 rushing for 5.3 yards per carry. Quarterback Austin Aune past three games averaged 8.8 yards per pass attempt. UTSA has failed to cover two straight as they were not able to separate enough in a three point home win to UAB and by ten to a three win Louisiana Tech team. Over their past three games the Roadrunners are allowing 341 yards with the Mean Green surrendering 285 yards. Even though the Mean Green opponents were weaker in that window still have to respect that performance. Play North Texas +10.5.

Charlotte at Old Dominion—This is a battle between two five win programs so the victor become bowl eligible while the loser it out of bowl consideration. Charlotte has lost four of five with the bad loss coming at three win Louisiana Tech on the road by ten points. 49ers defense has performed poorly on the road where they allow 472 yards with 5.1 yards per rush and 10.4 yards per pass attempt. At home Old Dominion has been solid defensively surrendering 329 yards, 3.2 yards per rush and 7.1 per pass attempt. This program rose from ashes last year as it was a bottom feeder. Quarterback Hayden Wolff in his second season has began to show improvement averaging 10.3 yards per attempt last week against Middle Tennessee St and 8.8 two weeks ago against FAU. Charlotte senior quarterback Chris Reynolds has put up impressive numbers. Past three games he has averaged 328 yards passing with 8.8 yards per pass attempt. Play Charlotte +10.
