The LSU Tigers will defend their home field against UL Monroe after winning three of their last five home games. The Tigers lost three games in a row including a three-point defeat in overtime to the Arkansas Razorbacks on November 13.

LSU dropped to 7th place in the SEC West Division with a 2-5 conference and a 4-6 overall standing this season. LSU fell behind Arkansas at 10-13 in the 3rd quarter but managed to tie the score at 13-all for overtime.

But the Tigers’ offense failed and lost to the Razorbacks at 13-16. LSU outgained Arkansas at 308 to 283 yards of total offense but the rushing defense of the Tigers allowed 141 yards to the Razorbacks while losing ball possession in three turnovers.

QB Garrett Nussmeier led the passing offense of LSU for 179 yards on 58% completion of his attempted passes and scored one touchdown but intercepted twice in the loss.

On ground offense, RB Tyrion Davis-Price rushed for 106 yards on 28 carries while WR Jack Bech hauled down 4 passes for 66 receiving yards and nailed a touchdown.

On defense, LB Micah Baskerville controlled the backfield with 12 tackles and 2.0 sacks while LB Damone Clark added 12 tackles and a sack in reinforcing the defensive line.
