They actually took the lead in that match, at the 15th minute with Herrera, but their opponents pulled even at the 27th minute with Vanaken. PSG were terrible in the second half, recording just a single shot on target, while their opponents pummeled them and almost beat them. PSG have won all 3 matches in the Ligue 1 after that draw, scoring exactly 2 goals in each match. The big news is that Lionel Messi was subbed off in the match against Lyon and there was some internal turmoil with the coach, and Messi is now considered as questionable to participate due to a “knee problem”.

Manchester City (1-0-0) were spectacular in their home match against RB Leipzig in Match Day 1, destroying them by a massive 6-3. They were already leading by 3-1 at the end of the first half, scoring 3 more goals in the second half, in what was a very easy match for them. However, conceding 3 goals is not something City are used to. They have conceded 5 goals in 9 matches in all competitions this season, and 3 of those were in that match. Since then they played for a goal-less draw against Southampton, after that they destroyed Wycombe by 6-1 in the Carabao Cup and, more importantly, they are coming off a 1-0 win on the road against Chelsea over the weekend. Mind you, it was the same Chelsea team that beat them in last year’s Champions League Final.

PSG vs Manchester City. The two teams met in the semi-finals last season, where Manchester City won both matches, by 2-1 in Paris and by 2-0 in Manchester. This season PSG have Lionel Messi in their ranks, but he is considered as questionable for this match. Our estimate is that he is going to play, so the odds on PSG are quite weird.
