The New Mexico State Aggies will try to continue their success after acquiring their first victory this season against South Carolina State on Saturday. New Mexico State is in 5th in the Independents (FBS) Conference with a 1-3 overall standing after winning only one contest at home this season. The Aggies busted the South Carolina State Bulldogs at 43-35 in their recent meeting on September 18. New Mexico State almost had the same total offensive yards achieved with South Carolina State at 427 to 428 but the Aggies dominated the rushing offense at 106 to 76 yards. RB Juwaun Price rushed for 62 yards on 13 carries and landed 2 touchdowns in leading the running game while WR Isaiah Garcia-Castaneda led the receiving with 3 catches for 78 yards and nailed one touchdown in the win. On defense, LB Michael Bowe Jr. enhanced the defenses for the Aggies with 4 solos and 3 assisted tackles while adding 0.5 sacks and 1 interception.
