Suns at Lakers—NBA free pick is LA Lakers -7. Phoenix point guard Chris Paul dealing with a shoulder injury does not look healthy enough to make a positive impact for the Suns. He was forced to hit the bench in Game 2 playing on 22 minutes. Lakers return home where they defend well. Los Angeles have a notable size advantage. Scoring and defending around the bucket will favor LA in a big way. Last meeting at home in this matchup in LA resulted in a 13 point win for the Lakers as they shot 49% and 43.3% from three with Paul on the court for Phoenix. Denver Nuggets vs. Portland Trailblazers NBA Pick Prediction 5/27/2021
Nuggets at Trailblazers—Free pick is Denver Nuggets +4. Following their loss in the opener of this series the Nuggets made the right adjustments and pounded Portland by 19 points behind 53% shooting and 12 of 28 from three point range. Trailblazers had their hands full defending Jokic who went off for 38 points on 15 of 20. Denver despite injuries got production out of Paul Millsap from the bench and Monte Morris. Despite 42 points from Lillard in Game 2 the Trailblazers did fall short by double digits in Game 2. Supporting cast surrounding McCollum and Lillard was shut down by Denver.
