Golden Gophers are experienced on offense with eight starters back and have a strong offensive line. Line play and quarterback play difference here. East Carolina at Tulsa Pick Prediction 10/30/2020

Navy at SMU—College football pick is Navy Midshipmen +13. Navy has had their success this season facing poor defensive teams. SMU fits in that category. It is tough to lay double digits with a Sonny Dykes coached team. His days at California exposed very poor defensive ability. This Mustangs team is surrendering against AAC conference teams is allowing 470 yards per game. Their past three games SMU is allowing 237 yards rushing per game with 5.9 yards per rush attempt. That is the kind of rush defense that will keep Navy possessing the football with their Triple Option and being able to get points on this Mustangs team. In their AAC conference games the Mustangs are allowing 34 points per game. Midshipmen generate enough offense to cover here. Play Navy +13.

They returned to practice this week and will play for the first time in three weeks on Saturday. Tough to lay double digits on a Florida Gators team that is surrendering 495 yards per game on the season with 331 passing and 8.6 yards per pass attempt. Tigers can exploit the poor Gators pass defense. Missouri quarterback Connor Bazelak is completing 70.7% of his passes with 9 yards per completed pass. Missouri defense has played better than Florida’s. They have won two straight with the wins come to LSU and Kentucky. Play Missouri +12.5.

Ohio St at Penn St—Free pick is Penn St Nittany Lions +12. Penn St enters focused here after an upset loss to Indiana. Nittany Lions defense held Indiana to only 211 yards and 41 yards on the ground. Hoosier ran for only 1.6 yards a carry on Penn St last week. Ohio St did blow out Nebraska to open their season. Buckeyes defense did allow 210 rushing yards to the Cornhuskers with 5.8 yards per rush attempt. Nittany Lions have been competitive against the Buckeyes covering four straight. Play Penn St +12.
