Chargers struggled past Cincinnati and avoided overtime as the Bengals botch a short field goal. LAC loses their center to injury. Team had struggles moving the chains on third down. Tyrod Taylor completed only 53.3% against the Bengals defense. Play Chiefs -8.5.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans Pick Prediction 9/20/2020
Ravens at Texans—NFL free pick is Baltimore Ravens -7. Ravens are always off to a fast start under John Harbaugh. Strong performance in their 38-6 win to Cleveland to open the season. Ravens pounded the Texans last year 41-7 with 263 rushing yards and 228 through the air. Lamar Jackson sharp in the opener hitting on 21 of 26 with three touchdowns. Defensively Ravens got off the field holding Browns to 3 of 12 on third down. Texans in their loss to the Chiefs allowed 166 rushing yards with 4.9 yards per carry. Houston tackled poorly and defensively did not do a good job of getting off the field on third down. Tough to go against the Ravens early in the season. Texans offense missed DeAndre Hopkins who was traded to Arizona. Play Ravens -7.

Patriots at Seahawks—Free pick is Seattle Seahawks -4. Seahawks offense was effective in their win against the Falcons posting 38 points. Russel Wilson sharp in the opener completing 31 of 35 for 322 yards and four touchdowns. Not comfortable backing Cam Newton that led the Patriots in rushing attempts with fifteen. He has had injury issues the past several seasons and a strong hit could hinder his performance. There is tape now on Cam with New England so expect Pete Carroll have an effective game plan. There are many questions about Newton throwing the football effectively downfield. Play Seahawks -4.

Saints at Raiders—NFL pick is New Orleans Saints and Las Vegas Raiders to play over the total of 48.5 points. Fast track in the new Las Vegas stadium as Oakland no longer plays on a field with baseball infield dirt on the field. Drew Brees has strong weapons in the passing game and Alvin Kamera plus Latvavius Murray in the backfield. Raiders have been a poor defensive team under John Gruden.
