Carolina a struggling team with a four game losing streak after their 29-21 home defeat to Washington. Quarterback Kyle Allen threw four interceptions in the loss to the Falcons. Ravens at Bills—NFL pick is Buffalo Bills +6. Extra rest for the 9-3 Bills after their dominating performance on Thanksgiving Day to beat the Dallas Cowboys 26-15 on the road.
