Allen saw work in Week 17 last year leading the Panthers to a 33-14 win at New Orleans. Allen went 16 of 27 for 228 yards and two touchdowns. Carolina has depth at running back with Cameron Artis Payne and rookie Jordan Scarlett. Also the Panthers are loaded with depth at wide receiving position getting younger on defense as well.
