The Minnesota Vikings return to action and will be home facing the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday Night Football. The Cowboys are favored on the road by -3 points with the total set at 44 points. Minnesota has to bounce back from a brutal road divisional loss at Detroit last week as they drop a 16-13 decision. The issue is how they lost it as in a 13-13 tie it was Sam Bradford with a costly interception deep in his territory with under a minute left. The Vikings surrendered a field goal for the loss in the closing seconds. Dallas is looking strong at 10-1 and has a 10 game win streak since losing at home to a point to the Giants to start the year. The Cowboys will be trying to run and pass against the number three total offense in the NFL that allows just 307 yards per game.

The Chiefs and Falcons meet on Atlanta on Sunday at 1PM Eastern Time on CBS. The Falcons are favored by -3 ½ points and the over under is 49 points. KC has won six of seven games as they go on the road and beat Denver last week in overtime. Quarterback Alex Smith came up huge with a touchdown and must make two point conversion that forced overtime in the closing seconds. Atlanta came off the bye and crushed the Arizona Cardinals at home last week.

The Bills and Raiders meet at 4PM Eastern Time from Oakland on CBS. The Raiders are favored by -3 points and the total is 49 points. Oakland blew a large lead at home to Carolina last week but rallied late with 11 unanswered points to beat the Panthers at home for their fifth straight win. Buffalo got themselves back in the playoff picture at 6-5 as they have a two game win streak after getting past Jacksonville at home 28-21.

The Seahawks and Cardinals face off in Seattle on Sunday Night Football at 8:30PM Eastern Time on NBC TV. Seattle is a -7 point favorite with the total of 44 ½ points. The Panthers blew a shot to move to 5-6 as they overcame a 17 point deficit and couldn’t hold an eight point fourth quarter lead in their loss to Oakland. They moved to 4-7. Seattle had an offensive stinker last week getting beat 14-5 at Tampa Bay. We have seen the Seahawks struggle in select road games in losses at the Saints and Rams.

The Colts and Jets meet in Indianapolis for Monday Night Football on ESPN at 8:30PM Eastern Time. The Colts are favored by -1 ½ points and the total of 48 ½ points. Andrew Luck returns to the lineup after missing the Thanksgiving night loss at home to Pittsburgh with a concussion. The Colts are 5-6 and sit just one game back of Houston in the AFC South division. The New York Jets are 3-8 and will most likely miss the playoffs. They couldn’t hold a fourth quarter lead last week at New England and fell 22-17.
